I called this place and the energy was immaculate! He was so nice and everything was done in a timely fashion.. he even offered to help me out in a way that I didn’t even think about! They came did the job, made sure I was okay and left! I appreciate the service I got from this company they are sensible and compassionate.. definitely recommend this business and everything that it stands for!

I used their services for a curbside collision and it turned out that my car needed towing rather than a spare tire placement I had called for. One thing I have to commend this company for is their professionalism. What matters most to them is upholding that professionalism and getting the work done while ensuring client satisfaction. JD was super great and helpful he even drove 50 miles to come get my 83 & 84 year old parents and to take us where their motorhome got towed to. Now the Miller diesel tow truck company that JD uses to help with big tows like ours omgoodness that guy was a super miserable guy he was not nice at all and rushing us very rude !! 🙄 he was a chump putting it nicely the jerk. JD gets a 10 and 5 stars 🌟 he went out if his way to keep us safe and to help and we enjoyed our ride with him ❤😊💙 he was very pleasant and kind 😊❤ and we thank you for all he did for us !!!!!!!

Little late in posting this but I highly recommend this company. I went into Dollar General real quick and came back out to my truck not starting. JD had the lowest price for towing me home and got to me within 15 minutes of calling. He was quick to get my truck hooked up but also did it with great care and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Gave him a $20 tip for his professionalism. If I ever need to be towed home again, Ill definitely call him.

Locked the keys in my car, called and received a very reasonable quote and said they could arrive within an hour and a call when on the way. They called back and had an extra fee because we were located out of town a ways, no big deal, still a very reasonable price. Arrived within the said hour, finished within 5 minutes. Excellent!

We had a blowout on our camper a little after midnight and didnt have the tool to get the tire off so we called roadside assistance. After lots of confusion and miscommunication with roadside assistance they never showed up. I posted a review at about 3 AM. I received a call about 7 AM from JD in response. Our insurance company never would give him our location and they dropped the ball. He was so apologetic and came out within 30 minutes. He was very quick, super friendly, and very apologetic. He was able to get us back on the road and save our vacation. I would recommend him to anyone. I hope to never need him again but if I ever do get in a bind in this area again he will be my first call. God bless you, JD, and thanks again!

First of all I need to clarify that I did not have my vehicle towed.My son and I were riding our bicycles on the Long Leaf Trace in Hattiesburg. We had been riding for a couple of miles and my son was having some trouble with his bike. Hes 12 years old and of course has been growing. The seat on his bicycle was just too low for him to be able to ride comfortably. We had passed by JDs and my son started telling me that he just couldnt ride anymore be cause his seat was hurting him. We turned around and stopped by JDs to see if they could offer any assistance. There were two gentlemen there who were more than willing to be of assistance. They were able to help adjust the seat on my sons bike so that he was able to ride comfortably. My son and I finished off the ride with smiles on our faces, and no pain in our butts.He may advertise as being cheap, but I would add Caring, Compassionate, and Courteous.Thank you JD for being there to help out my son with his bicycle.

Pulled up to the Turtle Creek Mall parking lot and my car starts leaking radiator fluid. I call up JDs Cheap Tow, because I didnt want to drive my car all the way back to Laurel thinking my radiator hose was busted, and he immediately offered to send a mechanic to my location. They both showed up and figured out the problem and was able to fix it on the spot (radiator hose wasnt tightened correctly and radiator fluid was bad). Both JD and Mr. Al were eager to ensure that my car was working properly, and at the end of it all, they charged me a decent price. I would recommend JDs Cheap Towing to anyone!
