They did a fantastic job helping out with my husbands hands and feet that were damaged from a body wash. They look so much better now. The workers are kind people and the prices are very reasonable.

So, my cousin and I went there to get our nails done for prom that evening. My cousin had made an appointment the week prior. We got there about five minutes before our appointment, but when we got there they said we didnt have an appointment. They said we probably made an appointment with a salon out of state. We had to wait over an hour to get our nails done. Right before we left they asked for my cousins name and then said we actually DID have an appointment. After that they charged us an extra $10 each than what they had said it would be on the phone. Our nails did look very good, but Im not gonna be going back.

They do great eye brows, and their not bad at manicures or pedicures. BUT they never keep my appointments on time or “can’t remember” me making an appointment. And if you walk in the same lady is always so rude and says not today. Three days in a row I’ve had to walk right back out, I’ll never go here again or recommend it.

This was my first time going to Tips & Toes. I’ve been to several nail salons, and by far this was my favorite! I can’t tell you their names but they are all very gentle and kind ! They get the job done and it’s fast and with an easygoing, relaxing atmosphere. I love my nails so much !

I recently visited T&T for nail and skin services. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and how genuine the staff was towards myself and towards other customers. The service was fast (I went later in the day though) and the nail technician was gentle with my nails (I came in with a ripped nail that he was careful with!). Highly recommend this place!

This place is absolutely amazing. I really love the customer service and the employees are so nice. The techniques are so clean and they take really good care of you here. The colors are so vibrant here. It’s a really pretty nail shop and it has some very nice employees. My skin and toes look so nice and feel so soft. I highly recommend this place! ❤️

Dont bother to make an appointment, they wont even try to get you in on time. They are not friendly and seem to not care about their customers. I will never return.

I love this salon. I usually go mid-week just after they open and I’ve never had to wait. Everyone is very friendly. I’ve gotten the dipped nails twice and loved them. They last a good 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and still look good. My gel pedicures always last at least 3 with no chipping or peeling. I usually have new gel put on at the 3 week mark only because my nails have grown out. I’ve certainly found “my” place for a great mani - pedi.

My first time going here I had to wait a very long time. It was very costly for my nail set then they only stayed on for 3 weeks. I got (Paronychia) from the manicure and they slipped several times while doing my nails and it was painful. Never again. My finger that contracted the (Paronychia) is now deformed on the nail.

I have struggled for months to find a nail salon that would take appointments and that could handle longer acrylics ! Nha (the owner ) is amazing! I usually get up charged a ton because I get my nails sort of long and her prices are great!

This is my first and LAST time I will be visiting this nails salon. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 and still waiting and the time now is 6:55!!! This place of business closes at 7! Such a high level of unprofessionalism. Let me not forget to mention I made the appointment 2 weeks ago! I never write reviews but this was a must and needs to be seen by everyone interested in going to this place. What’s the point in making an appointment if it’s not a guarantee that you will be taken care of at a scheduled time? I don’t like quick work on my nails considering they are about to close and I’m sure exhausted and ready to go home, so hopefully they do ok.

Good customer service, consistently does nice work!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was just a bad experience all the way around. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I wont be back to find out. I got a pedicure first. The lady was so rough and actually slipped several times while scrubbing my feet. The next morning it looked like someone used a cheese grater on the inside of my right foot. I got the powder dip nails next and was cut 3 times while she filed my cuticles. One time actually bled pretty bad. To top it all offit hasnt even been a full week, and all of my nails are chipping and cracking!

The best nail salon in Hattiesburg by far! I won’t go anywhere else!

Salon has been open two months so far. My first time visiting I received a full solar set(pink and white). A young guy did them for me who I dont think had much experience. It took him over an 1.5hr to do a full set which this usually takes 1 hr. The guy doing my nails was so slow and he was playing to much with the powder on my nails that he was still working with it when it got hard and had to apply lots of pressure to get excess off of nail. He filed my nails to much to fix his mistakes but my nails did look ok at the end. This place is very clean and the prices are normal just as anywhere else. They also take appointments which you do not find that many salons do that in Hattiesburg. Not sure if I will go back, but maybe after they hire more staff I would try again. I have been to every nail salon in Hattiesburg and this one is not the best but it has potential to be pretty good.Went back for a second time and a much better job was done. Will go back again
