Ive been here several times and is always easy to manage. Youre required to wear a mask at check in. You have to park and check in at the office. There are vending machines and restrooms in the office area. They will give you a door and then you will drop your trailer and park in an area for BT only. Its a little tight to maneuver but the spacing between docks is wide making it easy to back. The office will assign you a pager and once it goes off go get your paperwork. There is no over night parking at this location but Dans truck stop is 2miles away. Which has a nice restaurant and sufficient parking.

I dont know why some drivers said its tight parking, even new one can park easily.Quick unloading 50mn between in n out ! Just be on time.PPl at the office are very nice 👍

This place is horrible at unloading, so unorganized. Drivers coming back in saying loads.still on their trailers, Ive been sitting here for 5 hours and no page yet

Its always a drop and hook for me so very little hassle on my end getting there and dropping off. The guard at night is very down to earth. The lot is a bit wonky sometimes, but I blame that on others not knowing how to park straight.

Came at 5:30am they gave us a dock around 6 but our appointment was 7am they were done unloading at 7:30am! Gotta unhook the trailer and park somewhere else so parking is scarce but we squeezed in somewhere.

In & outSlide tandems, open doors to a clean trailer, go inside, confirm info, get drop and hook assignment. Or door for live load/drop TRL in door, disconnect, place stand under TRL, BOBTAIL park, until called when loaded.

Been here many times, never late though. If your on time than its just waiting on them to call you to a door and usual wait time is around 2hrs. Also a good thing to know is your allowed to arrive 2hrs prior to schedyled appt.

Not terrible but not the best. Staff was nice. Unlike other sams and walmart dcs this place allows 2 hrs before appointment early check in. I checked in at 1005. Appointment was 1200. Went to staging area for about an hour. Then put trailer in a door and bobtailed to waiting area. Paperwork in hand by 1340. Out gate by 1350.

Regardless of your appointment time, as long as you arrive on the day of your appointment you can arrive early. All you do is check in at the office once you park then they’ll call you with the door number. Do you have to drop your trailer and then park on the opposite side. Very easy place to deliver to.

Easy in and out, fast unloading

Not a lot of room, have to drop trailer and go to bobtail parking. They unloaded me fairly quickly and went on my way.

Driver was late for appointment and was able to get worked in . Appt 5am arrived 11am out by 215pm thank you

It can get tight, but fairly straight forward.

I don’t like that, that your check in time starts after they scanned your papers in the office, what about checking at the gate and waiting sometimes 1/2 hour or longer and then you must find parking spot and, park your truck and, trailer then after all this you going to office but, when you get there you may have to wait in line again. I think it’s not fair for as drivers. when you check in at the gate that time should count. Long store but it’s just my opinion.

I was on gate 11:40am app was 12:00am.... empty on 1:15pm. Great experience

Check in at Guard shack, go wait in the staging area. They will call your phone when ready. Go into shipping office, will assign a dock door and give you a pager. Go drop in door, stage in bobtail parking area and they will page you when trailer is unloaded. (Pager given to you at shipping office.)

I had no problems. Im not sure why some drivers are saying its tight. Its a small facility, but there is plenty of room in front of docks for backing. Drop lot does look overloaded though. Also, Ive heard they will let you in up to 2 hrs early. I arrived at 9:20am for 11am appt. No need to wait until the last minute to get here and risk not checking in on time.

This place is not bad at all. I was about 25 minutes late due to backup on 49. The guard and lady at the office was really nice. I was unloaded and out in 1:40 minutes. I would deliver here again!

This place is an absolute nightmare in all my years delivering to Walmart and Sams club all over the country this is hands down the worse one, I pray for anyone delivering to this facility lord knows I wont be coming back

Youd think itll be like Walmart DCs but I came in on a Sunday afternoon no one was around I was told to show up at 5 in the morning, my 12 oclock appointment, I was empty by 8 being 4 hours early for my unload, pretty smooth.

This place is a good offload..you have to drop in the door to get unloaded,if you cant drop they wont unload.one hour unload.

I had an noon appointment but I called a day before and asked could I drop early. The lady told me to come at 5:00 that morning. I made it there around 5:24 and I was unloaded and left before 7:30.

Its my first time to this D.C, the first impression I had with the lady at the receiving window.She had bad attitude, which it is to fix these people quick in one phone call to Arkansas office.Boy they will get straight in a minute.

Driver arrive to delivery at 9:16 amAppointment was at 9:00 amUsually Walmart have a window 30 min before 30 min after appt.Receiver said driver missed delivery appt now he is back in line as a work in. they gave my driver door with in 1 hr and just took their sweet time not unloading trailer.Took them 9 hrs 17 min to get my truck empty.No more deliverys to this facility.DC manager and front desk lady care less about drivers.

I had a 5am got there at 1:30 sad to say I had to come back at 3:30 is there start time to receive. Hint hint. Bottom line they got me in a door by 4:48 dropped disconnected parked on the east side was done by 7:44. I can do early morning

Live unload . Stop at guard shack. Show bills. Go alk the way around building to where you came in and park. Take bills to receiving lady. Find door she tells you to go to. Slide tandems to rear, break seal, open doors . Drop load in door. Bobtail to waiting area and sit for a couple hours while they unload you.

Great place small but ok. In and out with load of Shasta soda delivered in about 45 min. Love it

I have been to this distribution center several times... Anywhere from a hour to two hour unloading time on average. Make sure you get here on your appointment time that helps more than you know.

Always nice live unloads are approximately 1-2 hrs and average 2 hrs. Nice employees. Drivers must disconnect during unloading.

Better get here abt 30 minutes before your appointment because your check in time doesn’t start until the receiving clerk stamps your paperwork,and you still have to check in with security at the gate and drive all the way around building and park in one of the few spots they have while navigating a busy parking lot lol if you don’t make it by your appointment time you’ll be a “work in”...and we all know how that goes lol oh and if you can’t disconnect from your trailer for whatever reason they’ll refuse your load.Pretty slow unload.

Dont be late. I showed up 2 hours late and I was told to come the next day at 5 am. I showed up the next morning at 4:30 am and still had to wait all day to get a door. I finally got a door at 12:45 pm.

Appointment was at 11am be there before appt time, now is 5pm still waiting! I recommend Dont go to this place.

Show up 20-15 minutes early, your check in doesn’t count till you walk inside of the building and then they scan your paperwork you get from the guard shack. I suggest, after the guard shack GO straight Thur and around the building and come around and park on the side by the guard shack using your driver side. Because it is hella tight and turning around is a real challenge.

Unloaded quickly

Doing deliveries and drops here are a little more difficult. Definitely not for a new trucker in the way that you do not have a lot of space.

Be on time at the checkin window for your appt, not the guard shack. If your late even a min they can push you later.

The worst place to deliver my appointment was 6:00 the guard checked me in at 6:09 because it was 2 trucks in front of me I drove around the building twice because their was no parking and now they tell me Im late. Ive been here 5 hours and Im still waiting to get in a door

A very small sams dc- tight parking. Learn to work with their pace and follow their direction you will be in and out at 2 hours- give or take.

Place is a joke been here since 3 a.m and its now 10:13 a.m and still have not gotten a dock number for live unload this place completely used up my clock. STAY AWAY!

This is the stupidest place Ive ever been to. On time At the gaurd house and 10 minutes to get to the window and had to wait in another driver to back in threw me late by 15 minutes had me waiting all day to get unloaded. Just dumb.
