Terrible. I guess they only cater to non workers. Worst hours Ive ever seen. That lady gloria deserves to be fired. Couldnt even be bothered to try and look the package up for me. Just said it come back every day maybe it will be there. After it was 3 days late.Wish I could leave zero stars. The computer over the phone was much more helpful. Use FedEx if possible.

I got a notifocation that they were sending a package back as undeliverable. I called to find out why and the man that answered refused to even look up the address to tell me what was wrong with it. Then when I asked where it currently was or how long it would take to come back he informed me that he couldnt give me that information. However, I then called the 1800 number. The lady confirmed the address was correct and there was no reason it shouldnt have been delivered and she rescheduled it for tomorrow. Literally all he had to do was look it up in the computer.

Two many times my mail was put in the wrong mail box.(always when my original carrier is on vacation) Twice it was a check this time its my refund check. I do not like USPS right now.

Aweful experience. Had a line of customers waiting as women took her sweet time waiting on customers. Rude and obnoxious Gloria

Most inconsistent hours, never keeps to the posted time.
