I have had only excellent experiences using this service, whether it be for myself or my Mom. All the drivers/staff have been courteous, on time and pleasant. Mom uses a wheelchair so ... I thought that could be problematic, but my fears eased when I saw the professionalism of the people providing the services. I look forward to sharing the road with them in the future.

Unorganized, unreliable, making for an overall stressful experience. I am a direct care professional and I used (I should say struggled to use) this service to set up a ride to get both myself and the man I work for to an appointment for him at 9 am.When I first set up the appointment, I was told I needed a form filled out by the doctor so that I, the caregiver, would be allowed in the vehicle. They faxed it over to the doctor. Days later, I called to check if the form was accepted. I was told the doctors office has sent it back incomplete. Rather than sending the form back to the doctors office and explain what was missing, Logisticare did nothing. They let an incomplete, important form sit around until I called and told them to fax it to the doctor again. They made this was more difficult than it needed to be. Finally, I made the appointment the following day.Unfortunately, it is snowing this morning so I expected the ride to be a bit late. I was told they would arrive between 8:15 and 8:30. By 8:45, with no call and no show, I called the company. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was told all of their buses today were cancelled. At this point it is 9 am, the appointment was missed and I had to reschedule the doctors appointment.I should not have to go after a service to ask them if they are going to do their job. If they had called earlier to explain that the transportation would not be available, I would understand. They didnt call. I had to chase them down. This is unacceptable. They need a better way to notify clients if they wont be providing a ride as promised.

Awful. Unreliable. Arrogant. Ignorant. Rude. Unprofessional. The people running this business are mostly useless. Most of the drivers are decent. But the people in charge... they suck. 9 times out of 10 there is a problem with this so called service. A horrible experience. I wonder how they keep their multi-million dollar government contract. I hate being at the mercy of garbage like this bunch.

The Livery service is always late and has made me late for several appointments. On my last trip the driver on the way to my appointment became really lost even though he had GPS. He would not listen to me when I told him that I had the office on the phone and tried to give him directions. He became rude and defensive..

Unreliable! I have not been in the Connecticut area long so I was told by my doctors I could call and have them schedule me a ride. I call was on phone for 15minutes so they can tell me I can catch the bus there and I wouldnt even get the bus ticket till after the appointment. What was the point of me calling? Now I have to figure out how to get there cause they couldnt be bothered to do their job correctly.

I called around 5:15 and when they picked up I asked if I was calling logisticare and the gentleman stated yes. shortly after he put me on hold and then told me that the office was closed that I could not book any rides. Then I logged on Google to see what time they closed and it show that they closed at 7 p.m. . So I was not able to book any important appointments not to mention he was extremely unprofessional. It was not my first time Ive had a problem with logisticare

This company is absolutely useless!They dont show up, and when you call, they keep you on hold for a goddamned hour!, so you end up missing important appointments.Theyre absolutely infuriating!

My uncle isnt well and desperately needed a cat-scan and they completely blew him off for something he has absolutely no control over..as if it isnt bad enough 😢 because if something happens to this good man. who served his country didnt get the help he needs because this government multy million dollar company couldnt hire compatent employees to run a life or death company .this world has no hope for the future or the people we have running it...PLEASE LETS STOP THIS MADDNESS!!

My experience with Logisticare has been absolutely terrible. I am in a wheelchair and have been transported to multiple doctors appointments throughout my life. Since LogisticCare has taken over booking appointments it has been nothing but trouble. The month of March alone I have made 7 phones calls to several people on multiple occasions to obtain a companion necessity form through fax and mail. Spoken to supervisors as well. NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!! Still have not received it!! Originally started the request in November 2014. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! VERY STRESSFUL!!!!! Will be contacting CT Transit and paying- it is worth it!!!!!Appointment scheduled for today with confirmation number had to call back again last evening to confirm I actually had transportation scheduled. Wonder if they will show up and especially in 15 minute window. PLEASE CONSIDER USING CONNECTICUT TRANSIT!!!!!! MUCH MORE RELIABLE!!!!! THEY HAVE COMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM AND ARE GENUNIALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My pickup time was at my home, 12pm 02/16/17 for a 1pm intensive outpatient program i was referred to for suicide attempts. I am not on any medication currently and NEEDED this appointment, my life depended on this particular day. Come 12:53pm i call logistic care and they told me the driver was waiting at my house since noon and told whomever i was on the phone with i was a no show for pick up at my own f-ing house!!?? How the f**k does this make sense?? This was the Layla company. Usually a better pick compared to ace. Except today they were frustrated with me!!?? When im the one crying over the phone desperately for a ride to my appointment...

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH TRANSPORTATION. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, TERRIBLE. NO CALL, POOR COMMUNICATION. DONT LET WHAT HAPPEN TO ME, HAPPEN TO YOU.. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. My pick up today was about 1/2 hour late.The last time I used there services the van was falling apart: wires were coming out of top of stiring column and head of shift handle, and the dashboard was cracked and stuffing was coming out.

This company should not be given the privilege of using taxpayer money for business they are given $1.7 million dollars to service us, what they have going on is a damp shame. Yesterday I experienced the most humiliating point of their service . I waited 50 min. For pick up was late to drs. apt. Couldnt see Dr due to being late. Was lied to by answering service stated a 10 to 30 minute wait for pick up they were late by 1 1/2 hrs. They never showed up. I am disabled,it was freezing outside and I had no other way home. This has been the 5th time this has happened. I am SOOOOOO furious I am contacting my state representative,channel eight news, the news paper. Sky transportation must have made a very low bid to acquire an account like logisticare. Shame on you logisticare for putting greed before your clients needs. And shame on you sky transportation for having two other men in the car when I,a female, was picked up. I didnt feel safe at all. 3 riders in the car corporate greed again. Its not over

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! I dont understand why they are still open and why they have not develop another transportation service that will actually help you Or send bus passes on time? I called serval times to speak to a a supervisor and left several messages and no on has got back to me as of yet. I rather walk to the next town over in the rain barefoot then call these non caring people again they are VERY VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. They just dont care. I have an appointment October 31st and I called August 5th for the bus passes lets see if I get them before my 10 year old makes it to college smh Im calling the better business bureau. Something has to be done A.S.A.P.

My only complaint with logistcare is there polucy on there redeterminatio n. Because a person lives on a busline doesnt mean they can make it to the bus stop. So i think they should take another look at that. They should do redetermination should be once a year.

Very unorganized and unreliable. They will pick up one day and show the next one without even calling. The amount of time a patient needs to wait to be picked up is ridiculous.
