Went to have my radiator flushed on my van that I just bought because previous owner put water in the radiator and they charged me $200 and didnt even flush the radiator or put antifreeze back in the car!! Terrible service. Will never come back here.

Normally when u get an alignment check u get a paper stating what all is wrong with ur vehicle. Second time in and there and no paper, just told start with the ball joints. I couldve told him that, I needed to know what else I was looking at. I dont know if its cuz Im a chick or what, but over the phone he seems real grumpy not as much in person

No. No. No. No. No....the most rude person I have ever dealt with at an automotive establishment...( elder, round man with grey hair and glasses. I believe his name is Joe). Go elsewhere if you enjoy being treated better than subhuman. The other reviews are right. The prices here are okay, but I wouldnt put up with the main mans attitude ever again...funny enough, across the street at the Youngs tire place, the guys are helpful, nice and polite.

I got my truck tuned up here so that it would pass inspection for registration. I paid less money than I thought I would have to, which was really cool. They went over all of the issues with my truck and told me what absolutely needed to be done to pass it, and what could wait for a little bit later. They got all the work done in under an hour. I will definitely take my truck back here for future repairs.

Couldn’t get my car to turn on, they came within 5 mins, and fixed the problem immediately. They had just closed and came to help anyway. Amazing service.

Repairs cost $200 more than my quote because THEY broke something while fixing something else, and then charged me for the part and the labor to fix their mistake. Then, it wasnt even fixed! Had to take it back (after they were already paid once to fix it) and they charged for another part they broke the second time! They didnt charge me labor the second time (gee, thanks?), but charged me twice what the part cost to purchase on my own. Told me he was doing me a favor. No dude. Not at all. Should have been fixed the first time. All said and done, cost me well over $700 and when I got it home I noticed a coolant leak again (one of the things I paid to have fixed the first time). Dont go here. They will break stuff just so they can make more money off of you! Who knows if they even changed any parts...maybe they just charged me for them. Completely disappointed, out $700+ and still need to take it somewhere else to be fixed!

I brought my van to this shop for tie rod ends and inspection. They said it would need an alignment but I told them NOT to do an alignment as I already had a company that does that for me. I even asked if they could inspect it without alignment and I was told they would. When I picked it up after the repairs had been made they had done the alignment and were charging me $55. They blamed me for having to reschedule. I changed the appointment only because my 5 month old baby was having open heart surgery. I talked to the owner and even he was rude and accusatory, blaming me for their mess up.

I took my Trail Blazer to them with a list of several things that needed to be done.Tune up, new set of top of the line tires, air conditioner with a guaranteeing of an air conditioner this summer,cruise control not working,new struts,and check engine light on. Allen negotiated a price of $5,000 dollars but told me Youngs didnt have a good reputation and he didnt want me to do business there.I was in a hutty to get it all fixed and when I bought tires the owners wife was quite knowledgeable. Made my mistake to think to let them do the work on it.Tires and struts,ok.The other things were back 4 times.The cruise control was finally fixed on the 3rd time back at an additional $680.00.I even went and talked to owner to let him know the garage guys were ...stooges...to find out he was too.Allen took the car down to Dan Matson in Garden City. The airconditioner had a leak around the new compressor Youngs put on.As soon as Dan popped the hood I could see the green dye myself.The check engine light was due to the thermostat. Now air is fixed and change engine light is fixed for &450.00.Youngs is a very poor choice, harrisonville.Try Dan Matson in Garden City.He is honest.
