I was having transmission troubles and will walked me through my options. Unfortunately it was cheaper/easier/faster to just replace with a used unit. Will went out of his way to hunt down parts and get the best deal mileage and price wise. The shop was a little outside of town, but WELL worth the job. This shop definitely under promise and WAY over delivers. This particular vehicle was a work truck so I needed it back fast and he understood this. I had the truck back 2 days sooner then promised. I’d trust will to provide a honest and accurate diagnosis to anyone!!!

Very pleased! Will responsed to my Facebook messager message fast and I had an appointment the NEXT DAY! He made the appointment that fit in my schedule perfectly. He was there & on time. My Google map got me there LOL! I cant find my way out of a WET paper bag!! I had found Will on a Harrisonville Facebook page and had contacted him prior. About a few weeks ago I think. I asked a friend for a referral & he lives in Pleasant Hill. The only one he trusted, WAS WILLPOWER AUTOMOTIVE!! 😂I have medical needs and REALLY needed my car AC to get fixed!
