Colbys is great they tell you exactly whats wrong and they fix it fast. They communicate which for me is very important. Overall they are awesome.

Amazing. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Called as soon as they opened answered immediately and didnt sound irritated to be getting phone calls already. Told me to bring my car by and within 45min had it diagnosed with a cost to repair. As soon as repairs were completed they called to inform it was done and even took a look at something else and found the cause that I had another mechanic look at and they claimed nothing was wrong.

Colbys automotive did an amazing job! I had a blown motor in my car! They explained all my options & costs of the options. They completed understood it was going to take me a little while to get the money. I got all the money, called them on Monday, put down some cash so they knew I was serious & by Thursday afternoon my car was all fixed with the new motor! Thanks so much for dealing with me & explaining everything to a non car person! Fabulous job!

Very honest, got us in very quickly where others couldn’t. We have other underlying issues which we knew about and he was able to pinpoint them where others have never been able to. We’ll be taking our vehicle here more often.

Never go here, worst service ever. Our credit union sent us here to have the required GPS unit installed per the terms of the loan. My fiance had an appointment and showed up on her only day off this week. She asked a simple question if the GPS was being wired into the factory wiring. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. She said no it is just a power and ground. 30 minutes later a guy came up and started complaining about not getting paid enough to install them and he is ASE certified so she shouldnt be questioning them. He refused her service and told her to leave. 30 minute drive the, 30 minutes waiting just to be told to leave and drop minute drive back home. They just wasted her entire morning. Called the credit union to find another service center and was sent to a shop in the Kansas City hood off of Wornall road. The guys at the other shop were very courteous and were very happy to explain the installation of the unit. They had her in and out in 15 minutes.

Amazing experience. Cost exactly what they said and had my car back the next day! Ill never go anywhere else!!

Colby is a true American Family man who really believes in the trust of his clients. He is very convenient with being able to squeeze you in the day. If he can he will. Also I went to get my brakes appraised at ntb in Overland Park. They said it was going to cost me a huge amount and Colbys did it for half the price. Great warranty on parts too. Definitely a #1 go to.
