I’ve seen Erika once (so far) for a lip wax. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt super comfortable. She knew what she was doing and did an amazing job! I would recommend Skin and Zen to anybody looking for a great skin care experience.I would also recommend to any first timers to arrive at the location about 10-15 mins head of the appointment. I was one of the people walking around the complex until somebody else showed me where to go.

Ive had several bad experiences with waxing from other places but this one was quite pleasant. I was walked through what would happen and and asked questions to make it more relaxing. It was a soothing environment.

This place is great! Michelle is more than a massage therapist. She is knowledgeable in pain mgmt and familiar with pain relieving techniques. My wife sees Kim for facials and we both love this place. RECOMMENDED!!!

HeyMy first experience at a massage place.Well i have nothing much to say but this was an excellent experience .the massager Jen was just unbelieveable.She did massage me for an hour but i never had to say that it was too hard or too soft of her hands.She knew exactly what she was doing.After in about half an hour i spoke to her and boy.. she answered all my questions and was pretty nice at her talk..She was very polite and respectul.I am surely going again for my second time and so on .Jen deserves this appreciation for her great job.
