What a lovely experience for my 12 year old daughter as she experienced her first massage today. Trisha is very skilled in her work, and is a warm and caring person. When asked to rate her experience 1-10, my daughter said without hesitation, “12!”

The most attentive, spiritually rejuvenating massages are given by Trisha. I met her back in 2013 and havent met a better massage therapist since! Trisha has a calming demeanor, and is attentive to your emotional energy from the moment you walk through the door. Every massage Ive had from her has been different, all perfectly aligned with my needs at the time. She has a creative, improvisational style that always leaves me feeling restored. The new location fro The Mother Bear Spa on South High Street is a spacious, relaxing place to visit Trisha. Even though Ive moved out of town, I still return to get massages from her!
