Go anywhere else to get your screen fixed, not only do they charge outrageous rates, but they attempted to charge me for an uncomplete phone repair. Took excessively long overall a horrible experience.

Great service. But the guy that helped me said I needed a screen and battery because my screen had a bunch of lines in it. I said that’s fine. Paid 100 bucks to replace the battery and screen. When I got it back the brightness of the screen was super low. Even with the settings turn all the way up the screen isn’t bright at all. And the best part is my “brand new” iPhone screen still has the same lines in it. So they either did something wrong or used my old screen while charging me $70 for a new one. They said if the screen doesn’t get better within a couple days to bring it back in....

Absolutely amazing service, couldnt ask for more. Ryan was honest about the entire repair process and his transgressions about fixing my iPhone 6s but wit an ode of confidence from me, i left the phone with him and in less than an hour it was fixed and looks better than before! Was initially excited to find a reliable storefront offering repairs for a Samsung G8 cracked camera lens.Set up an online appointment. Got a call that part wasnt in stock but was order. I called back in a few days to see if ever arrived but it hadnt even be ordered. They did an rush mailing of the part over Memorial Day Weekend. Part still hadnt arrived by that Friday. It seemed vague and unknown where or when or if the part had ever been ordered. Very disappointed. Hopefully the part arrives soon.

I came in the day before Thanksgiving to get my battery replaced in my iPhone 6s. The staff was friendly, honest about the time it would take to repair the phone, and friendly even though they were very busy. My phone is holding its charge much better and I have a one year warranty on the battery. I would recommend anyone to go here for a battery replacement for their cell phones!

Oh man! This could not have been any easier. I scheduled online to have the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced. The associate greeted us as we walked in, immediately started the process to work on my phone, and had the replacement completed in much less than 15 minutes. Has 12 month warranty and I can go to any store throughout the nation for service. I can’t say enough good about it.

Had my iPhone screen replaced. First screen they did wouldn’t seat properly so they put another one on. My phone is now working properly for the first time in a month.

For what was supposed to be a 1 hour broken screen repair on a Galaxy S8, ended up being a nightmare. They were extremely busy this day, i can understand. They had my phone for over 4 hours. The screen is fixed, but, now my selfie screen is black and wont take pictures. Supposed to return tomorrow to see if the Samsung specialist can fix this now. Pretty sad to spend $300 on a screen replacement, to have the camera not work afterwards on a $200 phone to begin with.

After walking out of a place I had an existing appointment 30 minutes earlier, that was supposed to be 40 minutes that turned in to several hours before a tech was available and refusing to sign a form authorizing complete diagnostics and previously unquoted charges, I went around the corner to Batteries + We Fix It. I didn’t even have to go back to the car to schedule online for the $10 discount, the employee had the coupon. In 15 minutes it was done! With no surprise fees.
