Extremely fast, honest and knowledgeable.. Our iPhone needed a new battery and port, as it was not charging . He replaced the battery and pulled a plug of lint out of the port and said you dont need a new port. He could have easily replaced the port and charged us but was very honest.

I could not believe the offensive manor of this man. I walked in and asked for a replacement of my cracked iPhone 6s Plus screen. The man looked at my phone and told me he would not fix it for me because he got a “bad vibe” from me. I barely spoke a few words to him. He told me he only does repairs for people who trust him. I’ve never been to this place. It was the cheapest in town with many 5 star reviews. I would not have walked in the door if i didn’t think it would be trustworthy. But this man was very rude and i felt extremely embarrassed. Would NOT recommend.

I had a screen replacement and a home button repair done for an iPhone 5s and it was priced very reasonably. After getting the phone fixed, I had some minor issues that were caused from the impact of dropping my phone, and he fixed those as well! Not only was the service great, but so were his hours. There was not one other repair shop open within miles at 7:30 on a Saturday night, but he was open and more than ready to help! Great place, HIGHLY recommend it. I had already replaced my cracked phone screen at another iPhone repair store and the screen became defective-- touch screen was not working at all! So I went to Tech Support instead to get it replaced and my phone was fixed roughly 30-45 min and the screen I got is such great quality! They also have a warranty so that if my screen goes berserk, I can have them replace it again (unlike the previous place I original got my screen fixed). My phone port for charging was dead and the battery wouldnt hold any charge. The man working there was professional and friendly. He assessed the problem and told me hed do some research to make sure that he could take care of the problem himself and give me a call. He called me that very afternoon and ordered the part as soon as Id given my permission. He called me as soon as the part came in and I was able to drop my phone off for an hour, go for a run with my sister-in-law, come back and pick it up. His repair charge was completely reasonable and I havent had any trouble with my phone since. I would highly recommend this shop!

It was a few dollars cheaper here than at gadget town and for a broke college student, every dollar counts. their office was very clean and they were extremely friendly. My phone stopped charging because all the charging teeth were messed up and I needed it replaced. I went to Tech Support and they were able to fix it and get me my phone back within the hour! Worst Experience Ever!Tech Support did not treat me right as a customer. After fixing my Samsung Galaxy S6, everything was well up until my phone broke again. The part that he used to fix my damaged phone was used and not in new condition. This is the reason why It broke so quickly. Even after all of that, David refused to fix it again even though I had guarantee. David was unprofessional too. He doesnt explain whats covered by the guarantee and whats not either. This was a bad experience. I will never go back to Tech Support ever again.

This man is a confident and helpful person, I had taken my computer that was acting very slow and could not figure out why well I took him to Omars, he told me what he was going to do and would contact me if he needed anything else he would contact me, well I left my laptop with him and he did his works on it, a bout a few hours after that he called me and told me he figured out the problem, my hard-drive needed to be replaced and had looked up the number of the hard-drive and called Toshiba and found out that my computer was still under a warranty ( even if it only had like two days left) Well he kept all communication with me and I did not even pay what he said to me, he only charged me for the diagnostic and I ended up sending my computer off to get a new hard-drive and paid only for the shipping, this Man was very nice and I would recommend him to others I know that might need computer help.If anyone is looking for a computer repair person this man is one to trust... I would never ever go to this place again. Went to get a phone fixed and he did it the first time at a reasonable price. The first time he even messed it up and refixed it. I was in there for an hour and a half and they said it would take 20 minutes. Told me that if i came in up to a month after that he would fix it free of charge. They never explained anything about drops and water damage the first time I came in. Went in this week and he would not fix it and had no respect for me as the customer and would not listen to a single thing I said. Not worth spending money for even if its a cheaper price. Employees are rude to you and will not live up to their promises. Owner basically yelled at me and told me I was acting like a 2 year old because I wanted him to fix my phone after he messed it up the first time. Would go to any other place. They were rude and the worst place I have ever been to. I have never felt more mistreated by a company who wont listen to me and continues to yell at me. My hatred for this place is through the roof.
