Bought a tv from best buy in 2018 with a warranty, the tv started to mess up scheduled an appointment for a repair parts were order technicians came to repair the tv and ended up making it to where the tv did not work at all. Waited on the phone with geek squad for 3hrs for them to tell me that there are no technicians available to fix my tv and that they could not replace it until they attempted to fix it which they did on the second visit to my home and blew the whole tv out. Worst customer service and training ever i give them a negative 5 stars
James Potter is the Best Technician and provides superb customer support. Did not realize it when I scheduled the Geek Squad appointment but on his day off and out of his normal area of support, James scheduled a visit to our home to correct what I thought was a very unique problem.He deserves and has earned special recognition from Best Buy!!!
