Pretty good. Prompt service. Not talkitive but arrived on time and safe. Overall a trustworthy and good valued service.

I had read the reviews (some good and some bad) and thought I would give them a try. So here is how it went....Last week I called around 6 am to ask for a pick up at 7 am. However, no one showed up at 7. 7:09 am came and still no one, so I called. There was no answer. I called again at 7:20 am and again no answer. At 7:36 am I received a call from the cab driver saying there was a problem and he had not gotten the request for a pick up until now. I told him the pick up was supposed to be at 7. The driver apologized and said he could be there in 20 -25 minutes. I said okay and waited. At 8:05 am I called the cab driver and he said he was still about 10 to 15 minutes away. At that point I told him just to turn around, as by the time he got to me I would be late to my appointment. The driver suggested that I move my appointment time to later. I replied saying I could not move my appointment time and told him that he should just turn around. So in the end, per my request the cab never came and I looked for a pick up elsewhere.

I had an employee of mine that was waiting for a ride and they kept telling her 20 min and never came, I had to eventually call them and ask whats going on? i wish they would of just said they couldnt pick her up so we waited and hour before I just drove her home... however they have always been on time previously and have gotten her some safe every day she has worked for me so give them a shot.

Good job on being on time, definetly reccomend this place, najeeb is the best drvier and he always comes on time and drops me off as fast as he can. Amazing service definitely reccomend

I was only going from Harris Gardens to Cloverleaf Shopping center. It was inclement weather so I knew itd cost extra. I was shocked that the fare was $10. When I asked, $10?? he got impatient and said, Just give me$10. I did. What else was I going to do? Fortunately, he did give me $2 back, only charging $8, which seemed more fair.

Was on time, driver was cool, and it didnt cost to much

Worst cab Ive ever experienced.They were over an hour late! Very rude! Overly priced and the car I was in was dirty and smelled like puke. Theres no excuse for this. If youre looking for a cab. Dont go to this place and if you do make sure you tell them to come an hour in advance otherwise they wont be there in time.I will never be getting a taxi from here again!My stomach still feels sick from the thought of how awful it smelled!Oh and not to mention the can driver almost went off the road multiple times! Terrible service!

Slow service almost non exciting

The best cab company in Harrisonburg. It always has been. And its much better than those ride share apps. Will never with anyother company.

Scheduled a cab for the next day for business purposes and the cab did not show.

I did not enjoy the customer service of ABC Cab because as soon as I called it went straight to voicemail and it took several tries before I got an answer and they were extremely expensive or just a ride about six blocks away.

Calledat 500 am for taxi to be here at 520 at 530 dispatcher said she sent the pickup out to driver and he never answeted. Never use abc very unreliable

The ABC Cab Company is the best cab company I have ever used. They arrive promptly and get you to your destination quickly. The men employed by this company are very courteous and personable. I recommend them highly.

I have used ABC Cab since i was in high school and have only had good experiences. I have used all of the 5 companies and have only enjoyed ABC cab. Now Im proud to be employed by this company. Really friendly and professional

They always let me know how long they will be. This is important when I use them to go to work since it gives me the option to call someone else if I think I am going to be late.

Had a company party at 600. Called the cab company at 445 and asked to be picked up at 530. They said it would be 600 till they could get here . Didnt arrive until 625. What really upset me was when I texted a friend and told her we would be late. She texted back a half hour later and told me they were on their way and she had called 15 min after I did. How do you figure that one. Completely ruined my evening ! Will Never use them again if I can help it.

They went out of their way to find me a cab during an emergency when they had no available drivers. 30 minutes later, she pulled up.

The driver Najeeb is awesome! He has drive me twice now and both experiences have been nothing short of phenomenal. I will be calling again. I didnt know where I needed to go so he googled it and then called ahead to make sure they offered the service I needed then took me to the right place because he knows harrisonburg so well. Always kind and personable. Amazing experience and I cant say it enough. I highly recommend using this company and if you can get lucky enough Najeeb is the best. Best cab driver Ive ever had.

I was really pleased with their service and how quickly they responded to us. One of our drivers broke down in transit. He was towed to the nearest repair shop. I found a rental truck 130 miles away and needed to find a Taxi ASAP, because this was the weekend and Rental shop was working only half a day. ABC cab service sent us their driver Shah in matter of minutes. We made it to the destination in time! I will recommend them to anyone! Thank you for such a great job!!!

If I could give less than one star I would.. Called for a cab that was supposed to be here in 20min its now 40min later, they will not answer their phones all of the sudden. Called a different taxi service & guess what? They arrived in less than 5min!! ABC Taxi sucks!

Pretty decent service and I have never had a problem with any of the drivers. Sometimes the waiting period can be a bit long though, especially on weekends and holidays

I requested a cab to pick me up a full hour ahead of time from when I needed them. I figured Harrisonburg isnt that big of a place but Ill give them ample time to get me. The driver they sent to pick me up was 25 minutes late getting me, by the time I got to work I was five minutes late. Before the driver arrived I even called the company back to ask about the status of my car, all I got was Well he should be there and this was 15 after...So by the time he finally showed up to get me I made a resolution to myself I wasnt going to tip him...I had already lost money by requesting this company take me to work.When we pulled up outside of my place of employment he began to pull out his phone to figure up the total but left the meter running and not only charged me for the amount the meter said as it continued to run but then TIPPED himself. I was already late so I had no time to deal with it. I called the cab company that evening and I was told the situation would be dealt with and I would be contacted. Two days went by and I called again. Again I was told the same story, that they would call me and let me know what is going on. I still have never heard from the company about this horrendous experience. I dont recommend them at all. It was bad enough the driver was 25 minutes late getting me, it was even worse that he deemed it necessary to tip himself. So unprofessional and ridiculous.

Waited almost an hour for pickup and the home office is a little more than a mile away. When I called back to confirm my pick up the lady on the phone was rude. I’ll use Uber from now on.

Called over 45 minutes in advance. I had to call them again and ask where my can was and they just said soon. This has also been the case when I have used them previously. The driver called and had no idea where I was at. How can they hire people who dont know most of Harrisonburg?? Im still waiting for the cab...

15th time in 3 months that Ive called 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time and been made late to work. Dispatcher is useless, no compensation or any sort of help/apologies, as I still sit here waiting to get to work. Horrible company, stick to uber. I prefer to support local buisness but not if they cant provide the single service they offer.

Called for a ride at 10:13AM. Quoted 15 minutes. Stood outside expecting cab to show at 10:28AM. Called an Uber at 10:42AM after still waiting. Do not use ABC cab. Im late for work because of this whereas I could have gotten an Uber to begin with. Terrible.

I waited at Shenandoah Valley airport for an hour and a half. When the driver arrived, he expected me to pay for his time and miles to get to the airport ($31.00) on top of dropping me off in Waynesboro. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

The operator told me the driver probably wouldnt come just past Elkton because I didnt have cell service.I pleaded that I was stuck, no vacancy, and that Id be here, just to ask the driver if it would be possible.Then she hung up on me.

This is the worst cab company ever. Was supposed to have a cab at 5:30 this morning, called in advance yesterday. 6:35 and still no cab. Not to mention they have some of the smelliest cabs around.

The only reason anyone ever has a problem with this company is because we cant get to them in time or because they dont answer your calls when you go to pick them up and wonder where thier cab is. It goes both ways people.

Never ever on time, dispatchers and or drivers who answer the phones have no manners and are way too breif when you ask a question. Prices vary feom driver to driver. Absolutely horrible

Called 55 minutes before I had to be to work and the dispatch told me it would be fifteen minutes before the cab would get here, twenty minutes goes by he isnt here, twenty five.:.. Thirty I call and she says he will be here any minute. Three minutes before I had to be at work the cab driver calls and asks what my address is and says he is on his way and I told him I was late for work and he kind of giggled and said incredulously oooh you are? So that pissed me off, I called yellow taxi and explained what happened and told them I was late they were here in four minutes. Dont use this service of you plan to be on time, or want a polite driver. They have terrible customer service.

Called for a cab and they said 15 minutes. Nothing. No call, no cab. Almost missed our event. No aknowledgement that we even ordered one. Wont be using ever again.

I spoke to the dispatcher in advance and asked how much it would be to take the bride and groom from their reception in Elkton to Luray. I gave her the address at each and she looked it up on google maps and quoted me a firm price $108 rather than the meter. When the driver who is the owner dropped them at their destination he charged them $125. I spoke to him later and rather than take responsibility for her mistake he made an excuse and refused to refund the difference.

I have used this cab service before with zero problems but today I used them and the cab driver still is not here yet and because of them I am late for work.

Terrible service I waited multiple times for hours and they still didnt even offer a discount . I called and they had the audacity to give me a driver that was out of town I called and hour before I had to go into work and they came 1 hour and a half and I was late to work, and I dont understand why they couldnt call someone in the area .
