I reserved a 26 foot truck over a month and a half ago to ensure that I would have it to move for this weekend. Low and behold I receive a call just two days before before reservation day saying that my reservation was cancelled. The only explanation I received was that all their trucks were in the shop with check engine lights. I wasn’t offered a single other option. Pure and simple garbage! Avoid Enterprise truck rental.... uHaul got me all setup thank goodness!

I Made my rental online and the day to pick it up they said they didn’t have any truck, but there was one truck available and I had to beg the guy to give it to me. That’s not right. People was nice,

We recently needed to rent a pick up truck to tow a camper. We worked with Justin at Enterprise and he made sure we had everything we needed to have in order to tow safely. He was courteous and professional, we had no problems with pick up or delivery. We would definitely recommend the Colonial Park Enterprise truck rental if any friends are in need.

Couldnt have asked for a smoother rental. I have rented at many other Enterprise locations, and other rental companies around the country and this was by far the best transaction I have had. This place always comes through for us. Great staff! I am finally leaving this review because this week we waited too long to put a reservation in and they actually didnt have any trucks available. I whent to another rental company that I hadnt dealt with in a while and was quickly reminded of how poor the customer service is over there, and why I started going to enterprise in the first place. ALSO, Enterprise trucks have NEVER broken down on us and we take them 1,000s of miles almost every month. I cant say the same for the other company.
