Do not ever rent a truck from here! They messed up our reservations, gave us the wrong truck, we over paid, the trucks brakes went out and the truck broke down on the way to our move to North Carolina. We called roadside assistance waiting over 2 hours in the middle of the night and they said there was nothing to do about the breaks. Called customer service with zero help and now have to wait 14 days for a deposit return. Budget put us in an extremely dangerous situation and unwilling to help in any way. We contacted the better business bureau and will be reaching out local news station. Since their customer service is nonexistent and seems to not care about the safety of the customers and those on the road.

The only reason I gave this company one star is because I have. to the customer service at this location is horrible. They called us the day before a long distance move to say sorry the truck you rented a month ago won’t be available it is being returned late and I can’t help you find another call customer service. Anyone that is considering renting from them should run away or you will regret it

My boyfriend has been waiting for over an hour for his truck to arive. Said it was going to be there between 8 an 9 am... its 1030. They wouldnt answer there phones so we could find out whats happaning till 10am. Said it leaving now. Well see if it shows up

Go somewhere else. Wish Id read reviews first. Liars and cheaters, really shady operation at least Harrisburg Jonestown Rd one is. Quote one price but when you get there its more. Still waiting for the deposit fee to be returned. Will NEVER use again.

Service so horable, its not service! If i could have given them a -0 rating i would. They dont listen, and they give you what they want to give you; not what you requested.

Too expensive. Only needed a car 5 hrs and it was nearly $300
