I purchased a used 2014, Freightliner, Cascadia from Brennan Noecker out of Penske Harrisburg, PA location. Truck was purchased on Sept. 11, 2020.Less than 24hrs after purchase the truck broken down on me, on the Interstate 70 in a very unsafe condition, with no cellular service, stuck in Altamonte,  Illinois. Over 700 miles from Harrisburg PA, where I purchased the truck from. Truck shut off on me on a 1 lane, highway and wouldnt start back up. Another truck driver stopped and called me a tow truck which cost me $350 to get my truck towed to a safe area off the interstate. Brennan Noecker sold me a lemon...... and he knew it was a lemon... The truck was listed online as their, Premium condition and he lowered the truck condition to Proven which is their AS-IS condition.... ONLY AFTER they got my $500 deposit on the unit. Brennan, sold 3 other trucks I put my money down on to other buyers...., where they felt they could make more money on the deal. Brennan also, ran my personal credit on a truck they knew they didnt have in stock..... without my approval...... this guy is a SNAKE.........DO NOT BUY FROM Brennan Noecker. He might sound like a NERD..... but he will screw you over and leave you hanging, without support.Penske, sales used semi-trucks........ that are lemons...... they sold me a truck they didnt even clean out (during COVID-19), missing top bunk, with an old pissed out, dirty mattress on the bottom shelf......(during COVID-19). The truck even had an old fly trap, attached to the inside ceiling of the truck, full of dead flys during delivery..... The windshield was leaking water and the seals was torn and dry rotten.Penske, listed a truck and ran my credit for a truck the company, never had....... I never gave this company my consent to run my credit for something they never has in stock. It was a bate and switch trick.Truck has the following codes;CHS 71SPN 5209 18FAIL 5I am very disappointed with this companys level of service provided to me. Brennan Noecker has been nothing more than a deceitful, snake in the grass, used car salesman. Who took $12,500 down from me and sold me a lemon....

Easy to get in with large truck and trailer. Dropped car trailer with 22 truck with ease.

The truck was difficult to drive by someone who has a CDL license... And it had Wonder breaks which are brakes where you wonder if theyre going to grip!! staff personnel was super, pleasant polite and very efficient young man, the price was right and since we rented it on a Saturday the contract stated it needed to be back prior to the next business morning, which would have been Monday. 1 hazard, customer service said the truck could be returned to any Penske but we were told when we picked it up that it needed to be brought back to the one in Harrisburg!!! Parking area is big, safe, and easy-to-navigate.

I rent a truck from Penske every year for the last 5 years.This year 2015. The truck was old with over 190,000 miles on it.The transmission was slipping, the truck stalled out twice when pulling into traffic almost causing a major accident. The truck also, would not start for an hour when it was parked in the street blocking traffic. It would just puff air brake sounds all around the truck. Then, all of a sudden it decided to start.When I started the truck Saturday to return it took about 10 attempts to start and when it did it would not drop into gear forward or reverse for about another 10 minutes then driving it to return was very dangerous.I called and told them about the issues I had with the truck and they called me back 2 days later, Actually I had to call them back 2 days later to see what they were going to do about my problem.I was told the shop drove the truck and found nothing wrong. Basically calling me a liar. I was given nothing back, nothing taken off bill, absolutely NOTHING to satisfy the customer. That truck was DANGEROUS to drive and will be for the next person. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE??? NOT HERE AT THIS LOCATION..There are many other truck rental businesses out there and I would suggest to anyone reading this you try those first. Good luck and safe driving.......

Driving 4 hours from my house to see a tractor. The truck didnt start and no body has an idea that Im coming to take a look on that truck. I been working with sales dept for over 10 days .

Awsome afterhours service facility best so far in Pennsylvania that I have delt with. Unfortunately my 2018 frieghtliner bit the dust and wont drive down the road. But hey these guys were real good.!
