It was super kind of them to put a huge scratch in my car door!

Cut and dry simple straight to the point. No games. Payed price showed Ls and got my truck back! Yes alil pricey but guess what??? I wont be parking in a no park zone no more! Lesson learned real quick!

Car was stolen unfortunately had to go through this company once found to get it out of harms way. As if that situation wasn’t stressful enough dealing with this company was a nightmare. I understand you have to make money by storage fees but you don’t have to be rude. People like this make me sick to my stomach I hope they go out of business

Dons towed my vehicle from an accident. I called there to try to get proof from them of the time my car was at their facility for my insurance company, The lady on the phone could not understand what I was asking for and she proceeded to call me every racial slur available for before hanging up on me when I called back her coworker did the same I wish I could give no stars.

Well with Dons you know what to expect...you get towed you pay a lot; no discounts or price breaks...ever

I had a terrible experience with this company. Horribly rude owner who has no regard for the situation you might be in, and lack of respect for your vehicle he towed. Pompous attitude along with narscicissm allows for a deadly combo. Must have a contract with the local police because Don seems to be the one towing every vehicle for the local townships Police departments.In closing; stay away from this company at all costs and only consider using them if you have no other choice. Interacting with this company is not worth your time or money.

BEWARE of this company, they are the most terrible rude owners I’ve ever met. They scam you. They’re rude. They steal your car and get into it without your permission. STAY AWAY please!! Don’t give these people service if you can!!! Awful company.
