Great customer service, I didnt have to wait long, Tristan was very pleasant, great attitude! Definitely recommend them .

The drivers charge different rates than the one stipulated by the owner and dont give you a receipt after you pay so that theres no way you can prove to the owner what they are doing and also if they tow you at night or on a weekend they dont answer the phone so that you have to leave your car longer on their place and then charge you more.

These guys were super friendly and answered every time. I would recommend them to everyone. They treated my vehicle like it was their own.

My son swerved to miss a deer and got a flat. While swapping the spare the lug tool broke so we needed a tow, the dispatcher had someone there within 20 mins if that. Guy was quick, offered to drop the car for us at the shop since we couldn’t get the locked lug off.Would use again if we have too, hopefully my kid learned. Also, buying a better grade lug key because that metal was garbage....

These drivers are the worst a driver threw a card at me and ran over my foot after they STOLE my car for parking on private property at my own house .

Liars and thieves, towed a vehicle from Villiage Knoll Apartments because they had a complaint of illegal parking. It shares the same parking spot with my motorcycle that was approved by apartment management. then it was for a expired inspection sticker. they denied they took it until the apartment manager called.according to their paperwork, complaint came in at 850am, they dispatched at 851am arrived on scene at 852. Fastest towing service in the world. covered 2.6 miles in 1 minute.$200 cash, Hookers are cheaper than that, Apartment management has been notified that we will be going to court. She has no problem testifying in court. Beware of M.A.R.S business practices

I was in a real rough spot with a trailer stuck on the side of a major interstate. I called Mars in hopes of finding some help and a friendly voice. Immediately I could tell the receptionist was annoyed that my service need was not the norm. In fact I was referred to another company before we truley discussed my request. 5 stars for the process and 5 stars for the actual driver. I was charged double the norm but the receptionist and her attitude is the reason for the 3 star review. If you dont enjoy helping people in need maybe your in the wrong position.

I have used this company twice to tow my work van and both times I was pleased with the service I received.The receptionist was courteous and upfront with their payment terms and conditions along with providing me an approximate time of arrival (which in both cases they were prompt).The drivers seemed knowledgeable and professional in their towing abilities and my second driver (John) checked everything twice to ensure that he delivered my vehicle safely to where it was going.I would certainly recommend and use them again.

I can’t believe these bad reviews! The receptionist on the phone was thee NICEST woman. And the driver, Keane, who came to get my car was so kind and helpful. Hands down the best towing company I’ve worked with besides h&s. I Needed my car towed to Volvo dealership because I completely lost my car keys. No other company was able to work with me due to time and my situation. It was a little pricey but it was reasonable considering that my car was locked so they had to move my car on skates. I was so stressed out and they made my whole day so much better.

Dont typically write reviews but after reading some I decided to share the great experience I had last evening. Long story short I was unable to fix the issues roadside and decided to contact insurance company for a tow. These guys were available and showed up well within the quoted time. The driver was professional and polite. Thanks to this company my car was moved safely and properly to my residence so I could finish repair safely.

I hired MARS to pick up a truck I purchased and requested a flatbed because the truck had been sitting for some time. Long story short they pulled up with my truck on a hook. They had to pull the driveshaft and in doing so damaged the yoke on the rear and dropped one of the ujoint caps on the ground and the needles fell out. They said something from the road must have caused it. I text them that I was not pleased and asked that someone return and put my driveshaft in with a new ujoint but I have not heard back since they dropped my truck off and left the driveshaft hanging under the truck. If they had sent the flatbed as I requested this would have never happened and if they had tried to resolve the issue I would have never written this review

We were travelling to New York and all the sudden our 05 Odyssey started to shake. It was right before Christmas Eve and we were afraid we wont be able to find anyone who can help us. Fortunately, Mars Towing shop was open. Stopped by at the place and chatted about the situation. Anthony, the mechanic, just replied with understanding and eagerness to help. Within an hour we were on the road again because of his professionalism and humaneness. Thank you Tony and the rest of the team. I dont know what would happen if the driveshaft of the car would be broken in the middle of the highway with 8 people in it.

ZERO STARS!!!! I currently went and filed charges as of today for my car being towed out of the housing complex that I reside. On top of that the guy who took my car illegally tried to get $150 out of my husband just so he wouldnt tow it. Mind you when my husband came out, the car was not hooked to the belt so therefore he has no reason taking my car. I have things of my children who I no longer have in my trunk and I was told in order to get MY belongings that I PAID FOR I would have to pay the towing fee. Not only that... Its gets better... Broke down on a Sunday morning, called them and they were there and had the truck loaded within 30 minutes. My truck was delivered to the garage in the same condition it was loaded. I will definitely call them if I ever break down again. Price was very reasonable also

Car was towed due to illegal parking. There was a dog in the vehicle when it was towed. The driver was so rushed/poorly trained/incompetent that he did not notice the dog was in the vehicle.Called the office, but neither the driver nor office could confirm that the dog was in the car, let alone the state of the dog.When picking up the car, office manager stated that she knew the driver and he never would have towed the car if the dog was in it (however, thats exactly what he did). When the car was picked up, the dog was in the car. What if the dog had been a child?Two days after the car was towed, it broke down due to a burst coolant hose. The car had been running fine up to that point.Spoke with Scott Berger, office manager, who reviewed photos from the tow and claimed that he didnt see a dog. The dog was retrieved from the car in the MARS lot. Scott also reviewed video footage from the tow and stated that there was nothing out of the ordinary that occurred, and that MARS was not responsible for towing the car with the dog in it or any damage to the vehicle.Overall, a terrible experience for the customer and likely a traumatic one for the dog.

Always very responsive. The towing guys are very jovial with us. I think they get a bad rap because being towed sucks, but they are very professional, follow rules to a T, and are careful with the cars they tow. They made sure that our sign is up to code and clearly displayed before they started towing for us. Pretty sure these bad reviews must be by people who are illiterate and cant read their giant No parking - you will be towed signs.

Had car towed to body shop after accident. Driver, Angel, was polite and very professional. I was very impressed. He was careful with the car and inspected everything before towing so that more damage wasnt created. Would definitely recommend MARS towing.

We were parked where we shouldnt of been so being towed isnt really the issue. The issue was when I asked the first guy can I just move it he said once I have it up off the ground its a $160 cash only to get it back down ....uh huh. 5 minutes later the second guy says its $130 to get it back on the ground... so are they not aware of how to do their job? Or are they trying to rip me off? Be careful w thesee guys.

They dented my car and SCOTT told me to call my insurance company?? Yep thats scamming. My insurance people said id have to pay a deductable ect. Very shady and unprofessional company. When i was there, they showed me how horrible they are at their job. Like dropping the cars like théy are untrained!

I explained that I had a windshield replaced so my sticker was missing and offered to show my LEASE and the ignorant, uneducated, upper echelon of our society said no...they only know how to read a sticker with numbers on it. Additionally...the head tow-man smelled like alcohol(the one with tattoos all over his head)! Good job guys, great operation you have going here.

They did not notify me that they had my car or where it was towed to. $470.00 for towing and 7 days storage.

DO NOT USE MARS TOWING!!!!!!My boyfriend and I live on property and my car was wrongfully towed... on top of that it was pulled out of the spot in gear with my parking brake on, without skates under my front tires!!!! He could have really damaged my car! He did it even though I had a valid parking sticker, valid registration, and a current inspection.My boyfriends truck was wrongfully towed before this happened.. by the same tattooed guy! My car key fell down a street drain earlier today and my only option was to get a new key from the dealership, when I called MARS to tow the car, they sent out CJ. This man did everything in his power to assist me to get this key and took the extra miles to make sure I got it! I’ve never been so satisfied with a tow company before. Dont ever park at the apartments at 17th and Boa in Harrisburg for a short minute. They prey and for every day they have your car impounded its over $100 a day. Cash or money order only. My daughter delivered groceries to her brother and that quick he hooked up and drove away. She was running after him as her purse,baby formula and diapers drove away. The driver of the tow truck saw and heard her, its all about Ching Ching $$$$$$.

My only experience with Mars was last night. We were traveling on 83 north heading toward colonial park when a truck started tailgating us. As we proceeded off the exit, we were stopped at the light behind several cars. As soon as the light turned green the truck started impatiently and repeatedly honking his horn. As we made our way onto Jonestown road he passed us and anyone in his path driving very aggressively. Certainly not a good impression for me. If I ever need a tow, I will NOT be giving them my business.

Nothing... They couldnt get my car on the truck had to have someone else that knew what they were doing to come get my car... They also damaged my dads brand new drive way!!!

These ppl illegally towed my girlfriends car from our apartment complex. For so called exp registeration.. which it was up to date.. then they wouldnt release the car with out payment for a illegal tow in the first place. These ppl are real scam artists!!!! I will take this up with my apartment management, and hope they drop the contract for this scam towing company!

Dealt with a very rude & unprofessional employee today (1/31/2018). Will never recommend this company service to anyone!! I hope the company lets its employees know they are a representation of them when they are out there working. The driver who was very rude and unprofessionals license plate number was RT68460.
