My wife and I had a wonderful experience fostering and adopting a puppy from Zoomania. The owner was generous and very helpful. They sincerely care about the animals they serve. It was a pleasure working with them to add a new member to our family.

Love this place! They rehome rescues and pet surrenders. I believe it is family owned. They also have quite a variety of creatures. Not a generic/chain pet store. Highly recommend.

Wish this place would answer the phone. WNr keep people with sparky attitudes away from the counter. But over all I love ben and Tammy. They have always done right by us.

I adopted my kitty from here. Everything is great, employees very helpful and can find almost everything I need for my cat. Love supporting a small business that helps adopt out animals from the Humane Society. The only thing I didn’t care for was that some of the employees do not wear masks, which makes me hesitant to shop there

The animals are well taken care of and they have a wide variety of reptiles insects fish cats dogs rabbits ferrets etc. But the only thing I wish they would work one is their stuff friendliness greeting people and not being so scared to let you touch their reptiles and insects every time I go there and ask Im never can I hold a tarantula or a snake theres always an excuse for why I cant so Im very interested in buying one but its not worth the hassle so yeah

Great staff and they take great care off their animals, love going here to see the reptiles, but they also have hamsters, ferrets, birds, fish, etc. They have animal supplies as well but its mostly focused on the animals themselves.

The girl with the tattoos is very nice i forgot her name lol. But me and my family love her haha

I personally really like this pet store, they sell beautiful animals. And are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this pet store. Even if there is a problem they do everything they can to make it a positive experience! They have some of the most beautiful snakes, including the beautiful baby red tail boa we just took home!

I got two ferrets @ 249 each. They were supposed to be descented, fixed and all that good stuff they said. I took him to the vet because his eye was a little smaller than the other. He had an infection he needed cream, then found out he had ear mites and giardia. DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM ZOOMANIA THEY WOULDNT REFUND ME EITHER!!!!!

Great store but horrible customer service.

Dont buy frozen mice/rats from here. I got a xsmall rat and first off, it was overpriced, and secondly, when I got home I noticed it was rotten and smelled like absolute death. I couldnt even give it to my snake.

The staff take good care of their animals with proper set up. The dogs are individually walked outside and they have a large selection of reptiles and rodents!

I went here after being referred to by the Petco in Carlisle, the snakes are very well fed and don’t have any stuck shed, the rabbits look very healthy and the staff handles the animals carefully. Went to buy a rat today, very satisfied with the care and prices.

We have gotten two bunnies from this pet store. One was white and brown and she passed away. Her back legs stopped working and when I called a vet they told that it was called floppy bunny syndrome and told us all we could do was basically baby her. However, this didn’t work and she passed in the following days after what seemed like a speedy recovery. We didn’t tell the pet store because we though the bunny we got was just sick and so we purchased another one from a different litter that was brown, white and black. We had this one for about 4 weeks and her back legs stopped working as well and we did the same thing for about a week and she passed away today. Their bunnies are sick, please do not buy a bunny from here. They will get sick and die. Please be cautious

Great staff, very helpful. My wife and I adopted a 4 year old cat, and they had our application processed, and approved within 3 hours of submitting it. If you need a new furry(or scaly) friend, Id recommend checking them out!

I adopted a older plott hound., the adoption price included her spraying shots and chip. She is a great dog.The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The dogs are exercised daily. And the cats are excellent. I been there several times and all cages are clean.

This is not only a wonderful store to shop in . It is a safe Harbor for animals who would otherwise be EUTHANIZED. They are loving people they are heroes for the animals who have no voice in their futures. We have adopted our baby boy from there and have no regrets.

I love this place. My kids enjoy seeing the animals, and interesting fish. We made 2 new dog tags for our dogs. Free engraving service. The staff is super friendly and they care about the animals they have in the store. There is always a pup to say hi to, and the dogs each get walked daily. Just all around a great store!

One of the few pet stores you can find that let you touch basically all the animals. Lots of open cages/habitats. They also have dogs and cats in addition to their smaller pets and all the dogs and cats from from the Humane Society -- so youre adopting a pet who needs a home instead of a pet that was bred in excess.

The variety of pets for adoption or purchase are what makes this place stand out from other pet stores. The accessories to me are lackluster and pricey compared to going to other small businesses, petsmart, or ordering online.

Love this pet store, most of the dogs and cats they have are rescues which I love. They have a good selection of different pets and pretty good selection of supplies. Some of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable but most dont know much about the pets thats the only downfall from getting a pet from them

Brought a Burmese Archer fish and he died shortly after purchasing him. I brought a water sample which tested fine. They retested and said ph was high. BS, they would not replace him. Ill never shop there again !!!

Very clean pet store animals of all kinds

Stopped in for some eye drops for my dog. Staff were extremely nice, and even helped me sign up for their free loyalty program. Even better was seeing all of the wonderful animals up for adoption roaming the store! Ill definitely be back soon!

While the prices of the pet supplies seemed reasonable, I was appalled at the conditions the animals were being kept in.For animals that are spending the majority of their days in cages, the cages are WAY too small. The cages are appropriate sized for kenneling for short periods of time but they have just enough room to lay down.The dogs all look sad & lonely. They don’t have any enrichment toys/treats and the “adoption” fees are unbelievably high.The rabbits are crammed in small cages filled with dirty litter. They’re terrified & jumpy. The cats cages are soaked in pee.The store completely broke my heart. I love the concept of “selling” rescue dogs from shelters rather than actually selling puppies. But I wish the humane society could See the conditions these animals are being kept in.One sign even said about “don’t feel bad for me, I have a home where I’m not on cold concrete.” No... you’re cramped in tile kennels with your own poop and pee all day and all night. The whole store reeked of urine of all the different animals.My heart hurts for the fur babies at this store!!!

Everything about this store is amazing. All that they do for the animals is wonderful. They have helped to adopt out so many animals that it is truly wonderous. And everyone that works there is great as well, very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a large selection of toys and some different foods. They have fish, cats, reptiles, dogs and so much more.

This a clean quality pet store. We bought our puppy from them which cost $600 which included getting him fixed, all shots, and micro chipping. The store has a massive selection of insects for reptiles to eat and all kinds of reptiles to adopt. Again its a great store, 10/10 its a great place.

THIS PLACE HAS THE MOST UNIQUE TROPICAL FISH IVE EVER SEEN, AND I GO TO THAT FISH PLACE ALOT! I THINK THEY NEED MORE HELP RUNNING THE PLACE THOUGH. LAST TIME THERE WAS KINDA SMELLY. I KNOW ITS A PET STORE, BUT YOU SHOULDNT WALK OUT SMELLING LIKE ONE! STILL A NICE STORE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Best fish selection for small oddballs and exotic plecos..even have different shrimps and crabs. definitely place to visit if your a fish hobbyist..

Amazing workers and variety of animals!

It was the best part place I have ever been at you could pet all the animals and they had dogs and rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, ferrets, guinea pigs, birds, cars, weird reptiles, and fish. I was so cool.

Good place but expensive

I never knew this store existed until we visited the Colonial Park mall. The store is nice and well kept. They have a small fish selection but they keep fish you may not find locally and most importantly the tanks look clean.

Very knowledgeable staff

This place is great but the prices to adopt a dog are way to high. 600 dollars for a dog with all its shots is to much. If it was for a puppy than sure but most of these dogs are 6 months old. Thats not acceptable

We bought a beta fish and was told to keep the container if the fish was to die. Not even a week and the fish died. We brought it back and was told a different story. We had to bring a sample of the water for testing. If the water was passable we would get a 50 percent discount NOT a new fish like we were told when we bought it. The employees are not professional and my family will not buy from here again.

Had the pleasure of coming across this store while looking for tarantula needs. The customer service was spot on, friendly and very helpful. Props to the young lady helping me (abby i think was her name) will be back

The staff is amazing with the animals and you can tell the animals love them. There is a petting area when the dogs are out and they seem very friendly. they have dogs,cats, guinea pigs,rabbits and many other animals. Its a cool addition to a normal mall experience.

Today I went to Zoomania, I happened to walk back into their fish area and seeing a axolotl on sale for $39.99. I had remembered that these amphibians are critically endangered. With that knowledge I had seen it is not right to sell a animal that is endangered. I do not suggest that you go into this store with the knowledge that they have an endangered specie for sale.

The sale sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable.

The store is great for what you need. They really have everything you need for all animals. Im a reptile breeder and they have what you need. Great store all around.
