This is the only nail shop I go to. I like the ladies who do my nails (chair 3 & 4) but chair 4 seems to always nick my skin and make me bleed. She does a very thorough job but sometimes she is a little to thorough...lol. Anyways, the cost for a mani/pedi are reasonable and they do a good job so that is why I keep going back. This is my feet after 2 1/2 weeks my toes still look fresh and my polish doesnt look worn off. So I would recommend going in to see for yourself.

Every time I schedule an appointment they’re always at least 15 minutes behind schedule even before the pandemic. They are very unprofessional and I have witnessed them use the same tools on two different people without cleaning them. They do not throw away the pedicure items and pedicure flip-flops they put them in the washing machine every night

The worst place to make your nails 😠😠😠😠

The ladies were nice and did a great job. The shop itself definitely needs some work. A good scrubbing would from top to bottom would be a good place to start. There is dust on everything and it looks like it has never been vacuumed.

First time going to this nail salon, was a little worried cause I usually go to Lees. But very welcoming, my nails looked amazing and Linn did such a great job. I was surprised to see they had Cat Eye designs. Overall very nice employees, welcoming, and excellent service.

My new go to place! I went in an hour before they closed because I work until 8. They had a huge mess to fix on my nails and toes from the last lady that did them at the salon upstairs of the mall. They stayed 45 minutes after close and did an AWESOME job. The shape is perfect which im usually really picky about. Ill be back!

Over 10 years and I still get amazed!

My nails turned out very cute. They took us right away too. Although, there was a lot of acrylic on my actual finger, almost all the way down to the knuckle. One of my nails has no acrylic on the edge of it. The nails are also very thick and I had to teach the lady that was doing my nails, how to do coffin shape. My nails are also very sharp and I asked for them not to be. Wont be going there again.

I see Anna every four weeks to get my nails done. I love her! She does such a good job. I’ve never had a complaint about my nails.

I will not be going back. The lady that did my nails drew blood three times and then said it wasn’t her fault that my nails are curl. At the end she paints my nails very sloppy puts top coat and says “your done get out”. Did not allow my nails to dry at all. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Unporfesstional.My wife went to them with her friends and they did a bad job.- The nail tech nipped all my wife fingers pushing her skin back.- my wife was being ruff handle and rushed causing a sloppy job.- My wife and her friends showed the nail tech a picture of what they want and they charged them two different prices which tells me they make up there prices as they go. They spoke in there language and chose to go with the higher prices.We will never Ever go back to them. EVER!I will never recommend anyone going there.

I got a pedicure. Turned out fine. Cheap prices. Almost left because the place is run down looking and dirty. The place needs a scrub down and some new paint. Very nice people working there.

Paid 40 dollars for gel nails that are crooked and to long and i told her to round them and she squared them i am not happy i even told the lady that did my nails I had a newborn

Horrible work. Sent my daughter over there for her first nail experience. Done very sloppy. Not filed nicely and the coat of nail polish was way to thick. I would go back and complain for my money back but not sure it’s worth fighting with them.

If I could give it zero stars I would, the lady Lynn who wears the glasses is very unprofessional and sloppy in her work. She did my toes and every toe was uneven and sloppy when asked to fix she gave attitude and became aggressive. A day later I return due to polish chipping, at this point I’m furious because I just paid an arm and a leg for just a pedicure(GEL) and a day later it is already chipping. She began to yell and scream at me regarding the issue and threatened to not fix after she already took my paint off, telling me to not complain when she is finished, she had the audacity to tell me never to return again. I do not recommend-this place at all they are rude and do not take responsibility or their screw ups!! I will never be back here !

My nails lasted 4weeks! I am a CNA and they haven lifted and that to me is gold and my girl Lynn knows just how I like my nails. I couldn’t be happier... see you guys soon!

So I went to strictly nails yesterday & let me tell you, the service was good, they got me and my friend in quickly but when I got in the chair, the guy that was doing my nails didnt have a mask over his mouth & he kept coughing on me. Then as he was doing my nails he stood up and left the room for a while and came back. When he Put on the nail tips he put the one nail tip on crooked and put the acrylic on Wayyy to thick. Also, I had acrylic on my finger ! They had good service but the nail quality is terrible, I wont be going there again.

The sign had said it was closed at one time and showed up 30 mins before the time and the store was closed. Im almost sure staff watched me tug on the door.

Completely rushed experience. They didnt care that my nails were extremely streaky and bubbly. This is the worst pedicure Ive ever had! Ill never go back.

Polish was to thick, under the dryer 3 times thought Polish was dry enough to leave walk around the mall for a little try on some pants Polish was everywhere go back and she tried to charge me again never will go back worst should of actually receive 0 stars

Normally I would have a good experience with Ana but today wasnt so great. I did not like the design and I wanted her to take it off. Well The Real People Behind The Mask comes out when you want something changed. She slammed the drill down and said she couldnt do it over. I said I dont like this and I want it changed so she changed it . I dont understand how they feel like they can totally make their own rules. When you work in a Public Place especially a Mall, when a Customer is not happy...You need to Fix the problem or give them their money back. Not tell the customer what you wont do when the customer is paying money for a service. I will not be returning to ANA.

The lady who did my nails was nice nd patient but i dont really like the design she did...I specifically wanted a fill with my real nails which were nice and long but she talked me into cutting them and putting tips on because the way my nails grew? Never heard of that...she made my nail shapes are all different and crooked...did put them side by side to make them even or nothinh...i asked for coffin shape and she said she will try then said its better to keep them straight...i asked for a cute design i found online and it was nothing compared to picture...i end up paying $45 for a $15 service i orginally wanted. I tipped her $5 for effort although i felt i shouldn’t have...This was my last resort due to my original nail tech being closed and this will be my last tome coming here as well

Horrible! I had to put at least 1 star in order to post but it ready deserves -10 stars! Went to have my daughters nails done and not only did they do a rush-job on her nails but then they LIED about the price and LIED about how long they did her nails lol! Her nails were too long and i asked them to cut it down, down to the regular price. At first she said she couldnt. I told her that she most certainly can, then she did...smh, right. I then went to pay then the price suddenly went up to the price it was when the nails were longer!? I asked what the reason was for this and she began yelling, called security then lied and said i agreed to the price! I paid what i said i was going to pay then left. Needless to say I will NEVER return there again!
