The place is clean and neat. The young black woman who does nails is excellent, she is the reason my mother, daughter, sister and I are regular customers. I buy gift certificates there for friends and family members for birthdays and Christmas and they are always well received!

I went @1030 last Saturday whn I had my appt n didn’t get started til 1040 n first. I knew sum was up bcause she juss looked like she was juss starting out to do nails but I let it go until I found out they have poor communication skills n very unprofessional she put the acrylic every way juss to cover whole up n every shop I went to only went one way n then I was at work today n my one nail popped off it hasn’t even been a complete week yet tht my nails been done frm thm n a nail already broke and also everytime she would switch hands she would check her phone very unprofessional 💯 I believe her name was “Jamie” or “tram” never go to her n I usually give tips but I didn’t with cause cause of how she messed up n the communication tht goes on in that shop I wouldn’t go here anymore if anything go to nail creation they love all there customers and treat them how they should be treated
