Dan is a highly skilled manicurist. I have an odd shaped nail bed that causes my nails to curve up. Dan skillfully works with my nails and nail bed so they look normal which amazes me! He is so patient with the process and very professional. I was a gel girl all the way until Dan convinced me to try the dip process. I love it and can’t believe how strong my nails are and how nice they stay between manicures. The shop is very clean which is nice. I would highly recommend Galaxy Nails for an excellent manicure.

I have been getting my nails done very long for years. They never break the same day after getting them done except when done by Galaxy Nails. My nails were so thin. I’d like to add that as he was doing my nails he stated “your nail beds too short the nails are too long they’re going to break” but didn’t bother too add acrylic to make them stronger. Very cheap quality however the price I paid was not. Besides that my nail beds aren’t short and they’ve never been the cause of my nails breaking. I also got a pedicure which I was satisfied with but there was much room for improvement.

The other lady that was there did a horrible job on mine TWICE. The 1st time I requested cat eye polish and she used the magnet wrong and my nails looked like a purple mess. She had no idea what she was doing. Dan walked by twice ....and noticed she didnt know what she was doing but let get continue instead of showing her how to do it (and he had no customer at the time). The 2nd time I wanted chrome polish and they came out looking like a foggy film was over them. Just terrible. Will never come back.

My 91 year-old Mother had her nails done every two weeks by Tanya. Despite mobility issues, they were exceptionallypatient and kind to her. Jenny has provided facials and massages to me. Dan is totally amazing at doing Gel Nails! They look so natural you cant tell them from natural even when they grow out. Their gel Polish is different they have a large selection from creams, Glitters, and iridescent.

The customer service at Galaxy is excellent! Its a nice relaxing atmosphere and they dont shove you out of the door like other places Ive been to in the past. I wont go anywhere else for my pedi. They do a great job. I clean, garden and am really rough on my hands, they identified the right products and services. The first time i went to this nail salon I had a less than satisfactory experience. The man that did my nails didnt fill my nails completely to the cuticle so they grew out quite fast. He also screwed up the shape of my nails so bad. They were previously an almond shape. Then, on top of that, he told me my polish was dry and when i left, half of them got smudged! Well 2 weeks later when i couldnt take my nails anymore, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope maybe someone else was going to do my nails. I made a fill and pedicure appointment for my sis and I. Needless to say my nails were screwed up and smudged once again, and the pedicure was not exactly what I was expecting. My sister had glitter on her toenails so instead of using acetone to get it off they filed it off. Less than a week later her big toenail was cracked down the center. Will never ever go back. Horrible. I hope Galaxy reads this and takes this all into account.
