I miss Dr. Sack so much he new exactly what to say to me 😔😔😔

I like all the people there enough, but the office staff is incredibly unprofessional. I also think their process for getting medical records is unorganized and totally ridiculous. It takes them less than 12 hours to print a discharge paper with a treatment summary, but when a patient needs records for a referral it takes at least two weeks to print the same thing.

My therapist, Amanda, is a great person and genuinely wants to help. I believe she could help more if given more resources. My psychiatrist, Dr. Sack, started out amazing but quickly became quite nasty when frustrated by the physical health complications that make it difficult for me to take certain kinds of medicine. I want off of benzodiazepines, he wants me to take more. He will not treat my sleep which is why I am there.

Horrible place my husband had his first appointment they emailed documents to fill out they containd another persons information that was very personal and a clear violation of confidentiality

My appointments were always 5-10 minutes total.Whenever I mentioned about getting off of my medication, I was ignored and it was even suggested that I take more. The office staff was unprofessional and would often not return phone calls.They have a rule about missing appointments, and if you happen to miss 2 over any span of time they can discharge you forever; Which is what happened to me and I had to take time to find a new doctor (and withdrew from my meds of course, because it takes weeks to find someone new). They didnt give a **** about me withdrawing while being well aware that I dealt with suicidality and withdrawing could make my symptoms unbearable.Really just a joke, dont waste your time.

They cancel appointments without calling you and theyll tell you that they sent something in the mail which they dont. But if you cancel an appointment, all of a sudden, youre discharged. Really unprofessional staff. When you explain anything to them, they will try to patronize you. Terrible experience.

I really enjoyed talking to Dr. Sack. He really was informative and interested. The office staff was only concerned how they were getting paid or i could not be seen.

The staff is very friendly. My therapist is awesome

They say they take PPO BLUE insurance and after intake info they say they dont. Wth. Update insurance accepted please. Wasted my time giving information. Ugh

If there were a possibility of no stars, that would best describe the incompetence of those employed by this office.
