The staff were all so wonderful and friendly and helpful through the whole process. And it was extremely helpful not having to be at the storage unit for a specific amount of time.

So far so good. Moving from a larger to smaller house and it doesnt all fit. Finally decided to just get a large unit here to store the overflow till we have a yardsale.Price is competitive, real easy access and secure. The truck was delayed for a week and they changed my start date no problem. And auto payments is one less thing for me to worry about

Today I was able to book a Unit online which included a free month and contactless check in. I visited the same day during business hours and was checked in quickly and effortlessly. I was fortunate to be checked in by Jenna a recently transferred manager who was very professional and knowledgeable. She took me on a tour and answered all my questions and even sanitized my drivers license, talk about going the extra mile. Its only day one but so far I am very impressed! Thanks Jenna and keep up the great customer service!

Staff is very pleasant and helpful with any concerns you may have. Its very clean and secured also.

Jeff does a great job at making sure there are very few spider webs around the property. Not an easy task. Older facility for sure but still very clean and well stocked on supplies.

The people who work in the office are so thoughtful and helpful. I really appreciate all you have done for me.

Once my confirmation came through I received a call from Debbie who was very polite and had a pleasant voice. I told her I would be there within an hour and once I got there she even remembered my name. She was helping someone but kept assuring me she would be with me shortly and offered me coffee while I waited. The entire process was fast and I enjoyed the experience.

This location is safe, and clean, the prices are competitive; but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Debbie is the kindest woman. My family is dealing with a situation that is a bit out of the ordinary with our unit. Not only has she been professional and welcoming through the entire experience but she went above and beyond what anyone would normally expect to make a few phone calls to assist us. Were only dealing with a short term rental this time, but I know that any time we need to rent a unit in the area we will be back, and I plan on recommending them to all of my friends and family in the area as well. I was dreading making yet another phone call to figure out the logistics of spending more money on this process but she made it so painless. I ended the call with a smile on my face, and I appreciate customer service like that.

It was horrible. They listed this as a garage sale quoting everything very affordable. Not true. Nothing had a price and when asked for the price it was more expensive than store price. I sensed racism due to the fact that my husband is black. I bought one item and asked for a bag and the lady with the attitude said we dont give any bags. But, accommodated others. They also had a sign no returns... Stating if any electronics or electrical appliances did not work, they were not responsable. Would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

I needed a storage space on short notice due to an emergency and the General manager of the location, Deborah was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and accommodating. She took care of all my needs and even arranged for me to rent the companys moving truck at a very reasonable rate. The whole experience was smooth and painless. A+ service all around. Im sure it is a good storage unit place, but they allow this one couple to sell stuff every week from a warehouse. They list it as yard sale, but run it like a business. Crooked people enticing people with yard sale ads, then acting like it isnt a yard sale. Jason, the main guy thinks he belongs on pawn stars. Storage Depot shouldnt allow people to use the storage units as a business locations.

I’ve had a great experience here so far. Between showing me a variety of spaces and helping me get organized, the service here has helped to make moving just a bit easier.
