Life storage is one of the best storage places in Harrisburg! I like that I have 24-hour access to the storage facility. It is clean it is well lit and it is very secure! And the people that work there are very helpful, courteous, and just downright nice! I would recommend life stores to anyone looking for a storage shed why, because not only is it one of the cleanest places Ive ever seen, but it is very inexpensive as well!

I love Life Storage! Every time I go there I see someone on their golf cart driving around watching the place making sure everything is safe and secure! I feel that I have chosen the best storage place ever! This place is clean, secure, very inexpensive, and the people that work here are very kind and courteous and helpful! I started a new job 2 months ago which requires the use of a storage bin and Life Storage was it. Not knowing what to expect, I soon figured out this facility was a great fit! Tracey was and is still awesome to work with! I really encourage anyone to use these storage units!

Dan signed us up for our space and was super kind and helpful. When we needed a reminder since COVID-19 has turned our world upside down Dan called us to first check on our well-being and make sure that we were okay, then he offered a friendly reminder to us. Dan is always a breath of fresh air. He make something a stressful as moving and having storage a pleasant experience.

I have never been there it may be a nice place but I do not know. Look for other references or reviews and maybe they can give you some good ideas thank you. hopefully you will find what you need. Have a nice day.

Safe, clean and well kept. I have used this facility several times all with no hassle. Staff has always been courteous and nice. I always use this facility because its close to me also I know my belongings are secure there. Again Ive never had any problems there.

Friendly staff, clean unit. Be advised that the van rental is way to expensive and not worth it. You can rent a Uhaul or anything else for so much less. If my company wouldnt have been paying for it, I never would have rented it.

Went there to get a storage unit for my dad, and Dan was incredibly helpful and friendly. He made the process easy and painless and he even made recommendations to resources to help my dad find an affordable apartment. I really wnjoyed being able to obtain rental rate and PROMOS right over the phone with a live PERSON like Mr. DAN.In this day and age IVR HAVE TAKEN OVER!! But not here, i was able to hold a spot and even received a reminder call from Mr. Dan to assure i was coming.He was very thorough and the place was CLEAN and well lit.I would refer anyone to come here for your storage needs.

The service there was absolutely amazing he was super patient and friendly with my family and myself 10/10 would recommend to family or friends.

We came here when we moved and the manager has always been helpful and tries to provide every possible discounts. They also let us use their truck to move the last bit of our things to our new apartment. Then select a smaller more affordable unit for our last bit of things.

Went in last evening to transfer my unit to a larger one and Daniel and the Manager Tracy made everything quick, simple and easy. I appreciate the great customer service and communication skills.

Overpriced. Poorly lit. Management conveniently forgets conversations with you. National customer service lies in response to concerns by stating operations must be in touch within 24hrs but the call never comes. To sound cliched, Id rate it a 0 if I could.Rent space @ u-haul on Allentown Blvd. Cheaper & temperature-controlled.

Great experience. I was not rushed. Peg explained everything to me in detail. Very kind! I would recommend these guys to anyone. Plus the rates are cheaper than other places around. I was also given a military discount which is always appreciated.

I came in one day to address my account balance, i was told by an employee that i needed to speak to the owner. I drove around the lot and parked next to where the owner was standing. I patiently waited for her attention and she turned around abruptly after i asked if she was the owner and nastily threw down the drill and rudely said can i help you!The billing here makes no sense, I received a letter on October 23 stating that fees were added on 10/6 and 10/21 for fees totaling $40. Which is the only time they reached out to me regarding fees. The owner lied saying they reached out to me through email which was untrue. Why would you send a notice of fees 2 weeks after you apply them? As a customer never I got a chance to address any misunderstandings because I was notified 2 weeks later. Overall I had a very dissatisfied experience solely based on the managers attitude, she was very rude and was quick to cut me off when I tried to talk. There was also a line of people there that day to discuss the same issues I was having! Horrible customer service!! Very unaccommodating and still refused to take any fees off after 10-15 mins of yelling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Helped my sister moved her belongings out and there was mouse droppings on everything. At night time, not very well lit and anyone can follow you in, as they need no code to get back out. Definitely not impressed

We move to PA from Florida. We chose Life Storage because we used them in Florida too. Tracey, at stow #156 was great. She helped us make a smooth transition to our new unit.

24/7 access is great! However, it is very dark and feels unsafe stopping alone after dark. Price is comparable to similar units in the area. The most disappointing part of renting here is that everything in the unit is covered in mouse poop and some items had to be thrown out due to damage.

The representative Tracey was amazing, she was courteous and knowledgeable she made my moving feel less stressful

I was at this location and David was familial with customer service he took care of us 100% I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit as for the call center they have alot to be desired for service you need help with a unit call David or his store directly he was fantastic he needs a raise in my book need more people in this world like him!
