Andy and his team were great! They came into a job unknowing of the past frustration I had experienced with this unit and it only being less than 6 years old. They came in and assessed the prior work done and was able share very detailed information on why I had experienced the issues I had over the past 5 years. Something I had only received at a surface level from other service calls prior to Andy and team.Prior service men only came in to fix the issue reported... never researching the root issue.Andy and his team ordered the necessary parts and put a whole team on the repairs to get us up and running in one day... which involved tearing out of old, poorly installed items and replacing with new!Hands down one of the best experiences in a frustrating situation. Andy and his crew are very helpful. The quality of work is impressive and the price is extremely reasonable. You don’t see that kind of quick response from businesses all the time. It doesn’t matter if the job is big or small they treat each job with the same amount of care.

Our AC went out on a Sunday night. Called at 8:00 on Monday and they were here by 8:30 to get us taken care of. Service tech identified issue right away and owner even stopped by to check on his tech. Very impressed with the experience! Will be using for future maintenance.

I had my furnace cleaned and my air conditioner checked in a short period of time. The technician also fixed an aid leak I had around a gasket for the air conditioning lines from the furnace. Even in a pandemic, parts were received and installed quickly and their employees wore masks which made us seniors feel much better about letting someone in our home.

We had our first experience with Andy when we moved back to Illinois 9 years ago. We had a problem with our furnace and had called several different local heating and air companies to schedule an appt. One never responded, one came and looked and said the ductwork needed replaced, but never returned, and one responded and scheduled an appointment but did not show up. The last one I called was Bigg’s and Moore, he came right away and told us what our problem was and fixed it. He has been with us since. Responds quickly when called. Comes when he says he will. I want to thank Moore Heating & Air for taking care of my needs today. The heat index for the day was to be near 116 deg. The night before my fan motor went out on the Ruud Heat and AC package we purchased several years earlier from Moore Heating & Air. I left a message on their answering machine and the next day they called before 8:00 a.m. And by 8:30 they arrived at my home and diagnosed the problem soon after that. All of the tech.s that have worked on my home were very professional and timely. I have been a Manager for over 20 years, and appreciate their professionalism.
