My mother was waiting for a package yesterday and we got a notification it was delivered even though it said verify recipient. We looked outside and waited the rest of the night thinking maybe it was a mistake. Well, next day the neighbor from the next street over comes over and says fedex dropped off a package. Luckily he was nice enough to return the package to my mother. Whats most frustrating is that the fedex driver delivered it to a completely different street and didnt even verify that the recipient lived there. Calling FedExs 1-800 # is useless so here I am leaving a review because of one incompetent driver. So disappointing.

Even during the pandemic, respectful, nice and helped me go for the cheapest and fastest shipping price! They only very few people in at a time, but I was the only one there anyways. So their safety procedures definitely put me at ease ♡

I have been waiting for a package scheduled to arrive on Thursday 10/1/2020 however all I get is ignorant answers from fedex employees. Today they said it would arrive on friday. On friday i spent most of the day in front of my house no arrival of my package. I called the 800 number and the so called AI ROBOT informed me that it had been delivered at 1230 noon being at time. That statement is a lie. After several attempts I finally got a hold of a real life agent. Not to my surprise she was more dumbfounded than a 5 year old child. She finaly informed that she was adding a note so someone would call me to set up an appointment for saturday soon afyer I would end my call. Note nobody did. On Saturday at about 3pm I noted that yet no package had been delivered So I called the local fedex office was informed after over a 1/2 hour of being on the phone with another mentaly challenged guy named Alex the my shipment would most probably arriving on monday. This is a joke. I believe I need restitution fedex for my mental anguish and suffering. Dont do business with this company it only hires stupid people or so it seems.

I had a couple packages that have been delivered and when they get left on my doorstep the drivers dont ring the doorbell to notify me that its there and the packages stay outside for a while and one of my packages is missing because no one rang my doorbell, I paid money for that package and to have it shipped faster only to not get it, what kind of service is that!!

What can I say about FedEx that hasnt already beem said. Great for procrastinators and for planners. Many service options and locations across the world to support both personal and professional needs. Only carrier of choice for my family.

Three packages have been delivered to a wrong address.#1 was my husbands insulin, which requires refrigeration. The package sat at an obviously vacant property for four days in 100° temps.#2 was $120 order of prime meat. It was also delivered to an obviously vacant property. A neighbor found it by following the stench.#3 is a hat that is somewhere in the community that we have not found yet.

Good, friendly service. A bit overpriced, but on time delivery. I paid $48 and change for overnight delivery, receipt requested. Mailed around 4pm, delivered around 10am the next morning in DC. Very satisfied

Love this place I think theyre open till 8 p.m. and the package is there at the door of your customer by 10 a.m. the next morning dropping off at the airport is the best thing if your shipping FedEx

Instead of calling me or notifying me that they could not deliver my package, they just sent it back to the sender. I paid 33 dollars for expedited shipping and they send it back? Stick to UPS or good ol USPS.

Delivery drivers dont even bother knocking.. Just leave tag at door. Now i have to wait til monday for re delivery.. Customer service isnt much help either. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Have yet to have a good experience with FedEx. They delivered my camera lens to the wrong address, delivered my sim card to someone down my street, and the front desk lady was extremely rude when I went to pick up my phone... And thats after I waited 7 minutes for someone to come out from the back. I could have just taken all the boxes they had behind the counter.
