I had a lot of help and great customer service from Mr Leroy Estrada fro San Benito Texas. The gentleman took the time to answer my questions and concerns, has very knowledgeable skills in his line of work. He took the time to assist me with my package, as I was concerned with my package details going to Brazil, it is very important to us to make sure our customers receive there product. DHL I think its primarily aimed it businesses it was very very expensive but the guy was very helpful so I would give it a thumbs up but youre going to pay for the convenience of shipping internationally

Driver posted that attempted to deliver at 534 pm. And no one was home. Which is a flat out falsehood. I was sitting there waiting for him. No attempt was made. Someone needs to check his GPS and find the truth. But we know what will happen. Nothing.

People were very polite, but not especially knowledgeable about sending packages to Asia. Also, expedited (2-3 days) was the ONLY shipping option they had and it was no less expensive than the expedited shipping at the post office.

Been dealing with DHL for many years, never had an issue. Their delivery drivers are amazing and even give me a heads up call to let me know they are on their way.The office staff is nice too. Quick to provide packages for pickup. Small location but very efficient.

Had a package out for delivery at 10 AM Friday, after waiting til around 6pm I needed to leave home for a bit, so I authorized a signature release. Turns out that means the driver doesnt have to deliver that day and turned around and wont drop off til Monday.

Very nice staff here just a little hidden right next to the airport!

First sent what ise. And the last one, because I went and told them. I was going to send a package boy they took everything out. From the box they put that the value was $ 250. They charged me 78.60 and told me until it was ready. Well they told me that everything had already been paid here that they werent going to pay anything there. And there, when they were going to pick him up, they were told that if he didnt pay 1400 pesos they would destroy it and it was a very bad experience, but I will never use it again.
