I want to give 5 stars for the service Ive had 3 times in a row. However, I had an appointment July 1, left work earlier and showed up for my appointment just to find a sign on the door that says Sorry we close. Not once did I get a call to tell me they were closing, nor did I get a call back later that week to reschedule. Fast forward to today, their hours say they are open until 7pm. I show up for an eyebrow wax at 4:23pm and SURPRISE... theres that sorry we close sign. For this reason, I am giving 3 stars.EDIT: If you are temporarily closed, you should disable the ability to make appointments on your website.

*Update* I visited this salon on September 27th with my daughter. It was the worst experience we have ever had. Following our visit, I posted a review (with pictures) and contacted the salon for a refund of our money. Angel contacted me a few days later after I threatened to contact the State Department and pretended she was out of town until that day. Which I know was a lie, because she is the one who did my daughters nails. She said she would process a refund. She requested that I send her information via text messages, which I did, even though none of it was needed or made sense. She then refused (via text message) to process my refund until I removed my review. I am now putting my review back up (see below) because I think it is important that people are aware. This was the most unsanitary salon I have ever witnessed.**Please Be Aware**We had appointments (my daughter and I) for manicures and pedicures. Since it was a mother daughter day, I decided to splurge for the deluxe pedicure. The paper listed all of the things they do, one of them being a massage for (15 minutes). They did nothing close to what was listed. They barely clipped my toenails (same for my daughter), they did not even attempt to clean out the sides of my toes, and they did not clip my daughters cuticles. He did clip mine, and clipped a chunk of my toe, so it was bleeding. During the pedicure the gentleman actually said to me Could you help me out a little here, Im tired and made me hold up my legs while he scrubbed at my feet. He used a pumice stone on the bottom of my feet, and then went up along the side of my foot which it is NOT meant to do. (see picture). He did this on both of my feet. The pedicure was not even close to being classified as a normal one, let alone a deluxe. So we proceeded on to our manicures, mind you, the guy who did my pedicure then went to do someone elses nails (a walk in) without washing his hands (his gloves he had on during my pedicure had holes in them burned by the hot stones and he never changed them) and I was bleeding while he did my pedicure. And the gentleman who did my daughters toes, came to do my manicure without washing his hands or changing his gloves. I tried to say something, but they did not understand me. My daughter was then seated with the female technician (Angel) who had two other ladies in seats and she was bouncing between all three, which no hand washing or changing of her gloves and using the same equipment between all three (I didnt know this until after). And my daughters nails look horrible! I didnt see them until we had left and did not get a good look until we were home. But I am appalled that this woman would allow her to leave with these nails. Any technician should be ashamed of this work! My 14 year old daughter, who asked for this to help her stop chewing her nails is mortified to be seen in public with these nails (see picture). I am already in contact with the Board of Licensing for PA. When I search for their license it says that the business at this address is closed and they do not have an active facility license. I am not able to search the individuals because they only give a first name. I have requested a refund, but they are not responding to me.There were four or five walk-ins that came in after we arrived. All but one of them was done and left before us (we had appointments).There was no consistent sanitation. They did not make us wash hands. We did it on our own when we arrived. They did not wash their own hands. None of the tools were being sanitized. They were just putting them back in the drawers after using them.I will not be taking her back to this place to get her nails fixed as their sanitation is lacking and I do not trust them to safely do the work.I read reviews, and I saw some good reviews! So I was highly disappointed in our experience, but I just want people to be aware. The proof is in the pictures!

I absolutely love Angel and Vincent! They are both so sweet and joke around with you like family. I truly look forward to my nail appointments every 2 weeks. They do an amazing job and are so welcoming!!! ❤❤❤

David always does good work on my nails. Today I came for nails and pedi and had someone new for my pedicure. I didnt get her name but she gave an amazing massage. I will always have david do my nails and will probably request the new girl for my pedicure.

I was greeted with kindness and very professional but friendly. I never had my eyebrows waxed and she did a awesome job! Thank you Angel and Tony for an amazing pedicure with my arthritis he was gentle.

The employees are all so attentive and nice. They are willing to do what ever you want to make you happy with your nails!! They do such a beautiful job, just be specific!

Love this place! I am new to the area and this nail salon will be the place that I always go to from now on. They are very kind and welcoming. I did not feel rushed or unwelcome at all! The service provided were fantastic and the prices are very reasonable and fair. High quality results for a budget friendly price!! Highly recommend!

The salon was not sanitized properly, reused tools, unkempt work stations etc. They did not do a full manicure (cuticles lotion etc) and charged still $20 for a regular polish manicure. The spa I typically go to only charges $15 and is always sanitized and great work. The polish they did was grooved, spotty, and way to thick, it took hours to dry. They were also incredibly pushy for gel or dip polish which I did not want. I will not ever use this nail salon again nor would I reccomend it to anyone.

This was my 3rd time here. I like that I can book my appointment online which is easier for me. Update new owners taken over. They got rid of their current employees to put family members in. I will not go back!!

Was recommended by friend and I figured I would give it a shot. Well by far the worst place I have ever been. One man was arguing with me because I did not want Gel. Said it was a waste of my money and regular nail polish doesn’t last. Told him that’s fine I still don’t want Gel. I asked for a manicure and what I got was my nails filed. I don’t recall a manicure being just filing nails. My nails were short so I didn’t need any more of a trim. Then I wanted a design again told me it wasn’t worth it that the design would be gone within 24 hrs. What did it matter on what I wanted if I was paying for it. I will never go back again. I do not recommend this place at all.

Love going here feel like family and my nails are always the best never could complain.

I have gone twice now. First time I got my nails dipped. I wanted to see how long it would last, because any other way I have tried, just doesnt last. It lasted 4 weeks! They are very courteous and friendly. I will keep going here.

Went in for a pedicure was very pleased with the work they did and the staff was very friendly. The reason i say 3 stars is because the music they were playing on the tv was so vulgar i didnt even want to stay and continue my pedicure

The best place i found to get my nails done in Hanover PA they do your nails the way you want every where else i have went no one will do what i want . they always wanted to cut my real nails but not this place an didnt have glue stuck to my skin or the acrylic stuff . my nails looked wonderful not a messy job where i had to fix them when i got home i def recommend them ..

I have my nails done here a few times and never had an issue until I got gel polish put on my nails for a trip I was going on. When I returned from my vacation, I went in to get the gel polish removed and get regular polish put on, the woman asked why not gel polish again. I explained to her as she seemed like she wanted me to get it. Since the gel polish wasnt something I usually get, I was not aware of how it is removed. She began taking it off with a electric dremel-like tool that sanded it off. (She also seemed to be in a hurry with anything she did as if she just wanted to get it over with). When she was finished, she then polished my nails with regular polish. But, the surface of my nails was all bumpy and rough with no area smooth like it should have been. A few of my nails looked terrible and I mentioned them to the man inside but he did not understand my issue. I just left. I could not see how bad they all were until I got outside and saw them in the sunlight. I had to wait months until my nails grew out completely and the surface was smooth again. It even seemed to weaken my nails. Just be aware of this and how they remove the gel polish...very unprofessional...a terrible experience.

I have gone there a few times. I will never go back. Went today for a pedicure and the guy that did it didnt speak at all. He cut the cuticle around my toenail and barely groomed my toenails. My toenails were trimmed uneven and he totally missed trimming one on my left foot. After an hour and a half my toenails werent dry. The polish was so thick when I removed it it came off gummy. $35 wasted!

Went to nail studio to get a full set. They only had 1 person there and my appointment was quick. I paid the extra $10 for gel polish and the next morning I noticed my thumb nail was already peeling. I didn’t get a chance to go back due to a family emergency. 2 days later I noticed 2 more are chipping too! I won’t go back.

They did a great job. They really take their time and put real quality into their work. Theyre very kind and sociable; they were holding full convos with my sister and I. However, I did not like that they charged me more then their service price sign said. They said it was an old sign and needed to be removed which was not a valid excuse in my book. When I tried to fight it they just argued with me so I gave in and paid.

I had been a frequent customer for six months...so you could say we were on a first name basis. I referred many people here. The last time I went to get my nails done I had asked for my tips to be taken off and put gel overtop, she ended up putting acrylic over a few nails to prevent breakage I guess. However, when it came time to fixing my shape and filing, she gave up. After I asked multiple times for her to fix certain nails, she handed me the nail file and said you do. Well what the hell am I supposed to do with it? Im obviously not a nail technician and have no idea the way to file to get the certain shape I want. I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

I had gone to Nail Studio for a pedicure with a friend of mine. It seemed like they went through it sooo fast. When I went to pay, I was told $30.00, I used my bank card... they took it upon themselves to charge me $35.00 so they included $5.00 for a tip for themselves and I didnt realize until after the fact. Was not very happy!

Hands down my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. I drive 40 minutes just to come here, and they are the sweetest!

This has been by far the worst experience. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half and got as far as getting my nail polish off my nails. They’re giving pedicures to people who walked in an hour after me before me. They keep moving me chair to chair and I haven’t gotten any service. I will never come back and I do not suggest.

I took my daughter for her birthday treat at this place because close to our house. They did good job on her nails design.

I had a similar bad experience last month with a young guy who works there. He cut my big toe in such a way that the next week it became infected. He was sick the day I was there and kept excusing himself to run to the bathroom. I was appalled that they continued to let him work. I will never go back unless I see their reviews improve.

I was in today and right after I walked in a lady n her 2 daughters came in and I was so rushed through my fill in only took her 20 mins,when it usually takes 45 to an hour.My nails are so rough on the ends, couple of them are not filled the whole way in and the polish looks horrible. Very disappointed!
