They let me come in even though I didn’t have an appointment, and the lady was super nice and helpful with what I wanted!

I have gone to this salon for years. There were a few new “luxury” salons that opened up recently and I wanted to give them a try, they were all absolutely terrible. I decided to come back to my favorite, Planet Nails, and I will never go anywhere else. The girls are all so sweet and always do an amazing job. I am always more than satisfied. This is THE BEST place to go.

I opted for a spa pedicure and was very disappointed. Massage was barely anything at all, no lotion and no pressure. Probably one of the least enjoyable pedicures I’ve had. I made an appointment for 6pm the morning of the day I went in, still It was chaotic and many other women seemed unhappy as well with service they were getting. Polish bled all over the sides of my toes. I won’t be back

They were absolutely awesome! I came in with no appointment and I only had a wait a couple minutes!! They did beautiful nails on me and my sister and the price was not bad! Girls are very friendly! Will be coming back for sure!

I went and asked for something very simple and my nails came out nothing like i asked for. the gems on my nails are already falling off. i got them done on sunday 9-12-21 and today is monday 9-13-21. i have dip powder underneath my nails and it looks tacky. i totally liked the other woman that did my nails before. choose wisely when you go to planet nails because not everyone is the same.

Every time I go and get my nails done I always have to go to Nancy, she is so precise, kind, and so funny. I’ve never had someone be so detailed with my nails before. She does an amazing job waxing my eyebrows as well.Would definitely recommend Nancy and plant nails. Everyone is so kind.

Mimi was a lifesaver when she quickly got me in after I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time at another salon in the area. My nails look fabulous but I was especially impressed by her kindness and sociability. I booked another appointment before I even left.

My Best Friend and I went to planet nails on a whim and we absolutely loved it. Traffic caused me to be almost a half hour late and the staff still worked with us 2 full sets/ 2 pedis!! Nancy was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys so much for dealing with all of our crazy!!!!

My nails turned out amazing, the quality is really nice just very pricey. I got a fill yesterday and it was $40 which I thought was steep but like I said, amazing quality. I had to wait a bit before being seen but I called in last minute so that was expected. Everyone was friendly. I would definitely reccomend coming here, just make sure you have the money! :)

Trust me you wanna hear this one. I’m a very understanding person but there’s no understanding this. I made an appointment for 12:30 with my usual nail tech when I arrived there were only two people there and my nail tech was late. when she came through the door she took a walk-in before me! I waited an hour and a half !! She kept telling me only 10 more minutes when she finally got to me all I needed was a fill I just wanted tan French tips she gonna try and tell 80$ for a fill and French tip girl I got up and walked out two hours wasted!!

Made a same day, Sunday, appt with no problem. Great job for basic pedi. And would not let us leave without ensuring nails were dry. Friendly and polite. Competitive pricing.

The gel manicure was completed way too fast and she didn’t do a good job cutting the cuticles, filing, or painting. She was in a hurry and kept telling another client that she would be right with her so it was obvious she wasn’t trying to do a good job with my manicure. I definitely do not recommend.

I love my new nails! I will be definitely be back! I found a new place to come.

My mom and me went there to get our feet down for our vacation they rush you and went to keep changing your prices during the appointment anyway pic is below it was post to be a beach flower which ain’t and is really messy and they kepted trying to get my mom to get all this other stuff when she kindly told them no she doesn’t have it then today my daughter has appointment A scheduled appointment and the nail tech was a hour late and my daughter appointment was at 12:30 and she didn’t start my daughter nails till 1:35 but not only that she takes a walk in before my daughters appointment will never go back there not only that they tried charging my daughter more for her nails for a full then what she paid when she fist got them done so if you have any questions about this one lace don’t hesitate to contact me

My husband and I pedicures and I had gel manicure and it was amazing. The ladies were so friendly and they made us feel so comfortable. And my husband got his eye brows done and it didn’t hurt him that bad.

My mom and I came here last minute to get our nails done in preparation for my brothers wedding. We were just walk-ins and they took us back right away! They treated us like we were long-time customers and were polite and very professional! The spa was very clean and it is clear that they put a lot of attention to detail in their work. They did a fantastic job, and we will definitely be back!!

Mimi does amazing nails! Takes her time an asks you questions to make sure you like them! My nails turned out amazing, i’ve never had someone do my shape so perfect! I can’t seem to upload a photo but they are gorgeous! They also do so many different designs make sure to come here!

Charged full adult price for pedicures for my 6 year old and 4 year old. No one said it would be that much. Not going back for that reason. Should have been 15 a piece. They also put nail designs on them without asking me and charged me for that. I said just the gel manicure and pedicure.

They have precautions in place for covid (checked temps, and we all wore mask) and constantly cleaning. They are doing walkinwhich was super convenient(some places arent) and appointments. Nancy did an excellent job on my nails and toes. She took her time, making sure the side and tops of my nails were polished. Her mother did an amazing job on my daughters (11yrs old) pedicure. We will definitely be back!!

Went to this location the other day to get a nail fill, they cut my cuticles and I was bleeding, my cuticles still hurt so bad, my nails and bumpy and uneven. The whole time I was in there they kept asking me to get a pedi or my eyebrows waxed after repeatedly saying no that I didn’t want one I only wanted a fill. Also this place is very dirty put my hands on a towel filled with previous nail clippings And nails done. Would never recommend to anyone.

Don’t waste your time . I waited for almost an hour, pedicure lasted maybe 20 min. They seemed irritated I didn’t want to upgrade to a spa pedicure or get gel polish on my nails . Did one coat of paint. Didnt even touch the cuticles on my feet . Canceled my manicure. Sad .

Tonight was my first time coming here. The environment was clean, organized and it was a quiet/peaceful setting. I had Mimi do my nails, She took her time and didnt rush. She actually had conversations with me as well. It was my first time ever having my nails dipped while having a french manicure done and I am so pleased with how they look!! Mimi did a WONDERFUL wonderful job!!! I will be definitely be going back in a couple weeks for other services. I highly recommend this place!!

Had a full that done on 3/29 only to have the tips pop off after 3days later one by one. 2nd nail popped off 5 days later smfh all from fixing my pocket how? $60 really!! Very disappointed with the quality for the price.

My Sister and I had mani, pedis done and by far this is one of the best nail salon we have been to. Ann did an excellent job on my nails and I am super picky she was so patient. Mimi, Nancy and Tina all took part in the pedi and it was amazing they did an awesome job. We got the more expensive one came with a nice scrub and flowers in the water, along with hot rocks and a wax on the feet. They were all so nice and professional. They also have COVID precautions, take temp, masks have separators and were super clean. I would recommend this place to any one and also will be going back. Thank you for an amazing time Ladies. :)

The staff here knows their stuff, I love it because they take their time and they make sure that you like your nail length, color, and outcome. They are friendly, and they actually talk to you, which makes the whole experience better. I am not the type of person who gets their nails done all the time, but I do recommend you try Planet Nails. They def upsell you anywhere they can. People are very nice. Dip is not as nice looking or as easy of a process as gel in my opinion. My cuticles look haggard still. Use bath and bath works lotion. Just meh.

Got a french tip full set done but instead of gel she used acrylic for all of it and just top coated it and i love it way more! never disappointed. they pay attention to small details and perfect their work.

First time that I’ve been there. I wish I could tell you my girls name but I didn’t get it. She did a very nice job on my nails and the spa pedicure was amazing... I actually had two girls one helped with my toes nails!! Both girls were very friendly and eager to please .... place was very clean, bright and welcoming. I did not have an appointment they took me right away. I paid $35 for my gel nails, with design and $45 for top end spa pedicure with an additional cost of $15 for gel on my piggies lol. Worth every penny!! I was very pleased with designs !! Thanks again ladies !!!

Normally i love going there this time i said i wanted them short and square but not sharp she wouldnt go shorter and they are sharp everything i didnt want disappointed in the out come i will go back bc like i said i never had issues before thia time

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have been going here for at least two months and have never been disappointed. The salon is spotless and doesn’t smell like a nail salon. I typically go to Nancy and know that Mimi and Anne are all talented and very detailed. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Pedicure was okay but I worried about cleanliness a lot. Towels seemed to be used from customers to customer or the dirt wasnt coming out in the wash. Just not sure how I feel about the same file and pumice stone not coming out of a clean bag or tray. . . And the paraffin bags looked well used. Made me uncomfortable.....
