Ive always referred Silveras to my friends, because I had gotten quotes from others that told me I needed to replace my AC unit when it went out and when Joe Silvera went to look at my AC it only needed an $8 part and I had him service it every year after that. Silveiras came out to service my ac on 7/3/12. The tech was very polite and professional It didnt take him long to find the problem. He came and got me to show me the what he found and how much it cost to fix it. I told him to go ahead and fix. When he was done my ac was working better then ever had. His prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Before I get into it the younger employee was very nice and respectful. The other guy Joe and I repeat his name is JOE is always rude and disrespectful. You cant ask him any questions or anything without him either ignoring you or him getting irritated and make you feel dumb. People like this dont need to work around people. They should Stay at home and have the other people make the house calls

Silveiras came to service my AC on 3/30/12. The technician took the time to explain everything to me and even pulled me on the roof to show me some cheap, minor repairs I could do myself to save money on my electric bill. I will definitely do business with them again.

Very professional company and techs are very honest and nice. They take the time to explain the existing issues and show you the root of the problem. Called them out cause my AC stopped cooling and they came within a lil over and hour. After they left, I called them an hour later to tell them that I thought another slight issue may exist but wasnt sure and they didnt even hesitate to come back a second time to address my uncertainty. They were back within 20 mins the second time. I thought their prices were very reasonable too! They even gave me a 1 year warranty on the part they replaced. Silveiras Air Conditioning and Heat well exceeded my expectations!

These people are OVER PRICED for the VERY POOR SERVICE they provide.The owner did a horrible job. He basically grounded my A/C unit with a wire hanging out from the outside and looped back into the unit.Very unprofessional work.All this for $650 billed for repairing my A/C.Had to call a true professional from Fresno to correct the problem since my a/c unit failed again a week later.I did not call Silveiras back since they should have done it right the first time. I am GLAD I called someone else. They said that they were very surprised that a licensed technician (the owner nonetheless) would do such a bad job.~THIS IS FROM A PERSON WHO TRULY EXPERIENCED SILVEIRAS BAD SERVICE~
