Naturally, when you get hit with really high temperatures, that’s when something fails. I had called several places on a Sunday for emergency situations but no answer except for two that would not be available for at least a week out. The next number down the line was Comfort Now, I was originally trying to stay with some in town. I left a message with a dispatch person and apparently there were 100 people with no AC. Tuesday would be the soonest. The service professional was already at my parents house when I went to check on my mom situation. The AC technician, Tom Crase, was already there early morning. Tom was very pleasant and cordial. He quickly identified the problem and had made a few recommendation following a brief inspection of the whole unit. The whole process and the price option for addressing those issues was amazing. The whole matter was promptly resolved and the bill was settled upfront without any problem. I’ve had experiences with other local companies, but not one as quite efficient as Comfort Now. I. Used to see these vans up and down the freeway frequently. Never realized how big of a company they were. The service was excellent.
My dad is 95 and in the valley it can get pretty hot without an air conditioner. Three days ago his 25 year old air conditioner stopped working. This morning I called Comfort Now expecting to get an answering machine, if they did answer for them to tell me that we would not be able to get an appointment till the end of the week or later. Right now there is a heat wave occurring with 106 to 109 temps. But to my surprise Comfort Now answered and was able to make it happen today. Service tech Rene Maldanado was at the house at 1pm. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, explained what the problem was and let us know the cost. Within a half a hour he had the air conditioner working! Afterward he gave us suggestions for maintenance and encouraged us to call if we needed. If you are thinking that you need to go with other companies that you have seen tv commercials about think again. I tried contacting them before I called Comfort Now and I’m still waiting for a call back three days later. Thanks again Rene and Comfort Now!

I hired this company through HomeDepot. The tech (Jose) was friendly and professional. He performed thorough work and was informative about my HVAC. He was on time and called beforehand to let me know he was on the way. I experienced zero issues today. I am satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to hire them again.
