I had general repairs done to my house including replacing a door, repairing fascia board, and repairing wood rot at the base of a door frame.A few months later, I ended up selling my house, and some questions were raised regarding the repair to the base of the door frame by the buyers of my house. House Doctors was very responsive and extremely accommodating for requests regarding this, including coming out to the house two more times to satisfy the buyers demands.The work was quality, but I will never forget the level of customer service they provided. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

They were great! The work started a little later than planned and took a little longer than planned, but they were great at communicating where they were in the process. I had custom shelves added to the pantry and they worked with me to make sure they were placed where I wanted. They turned out great!

Last summer I needed assistance with a tricky outside problem. House doctors of Hanahan helped us with a hand rail system and really did a great job. The handrails were sturdy, very attractive, and very affordable. We were extremely pleased.

I usually do not write posts however I think this is an exception due to the superior craftsmanship that the guys from House doctors performed. They were professional, prompt and delivered as promised. We hired House doctors to install a new front entry door and storm door in our older home. Once the old door was removed it was noticed immediatly that the install was going to be a huge undertaking. Nothing was square creating a huge challenge. Miraculously the guys pulled it off ! They fix my windows. They found the issue, fixed it, and provided fair pricing on the change order. They are fair with integrity which is the most valuable quality. I am in the engineering/construction business and the additional materials and time I tracked closely resembled the change in price. You can’t ask for more. You can find cheaper help but their honesty is worth every cent and then some.

House Doctors was amazing! They were able to squeeze me in at a reasonable time and even partnered with the plumber I had hired that same day to work around them. I needed a cabinet removed for the plumbers to work and they came before and took it out. Then, once the plumber was done, House Doctors came back that SAME DAY to put the cabinet back and fix the wall the plumbers had taken out! It was amazing and the people were so friendly. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for anything else I may need!

To start with, I like that they show up, they try to protect my floors, etc., the lead guy on my job is excellent at dry wall repair, and the 2 guys on my job are very good at painting. If I am not 100% happy with something, they made some changes to fix the issue.Their prices are very competitive. I dont base my selection on cost alone and started with simple things. As a relatively new and first time home owner, HouseDoctors was suggested as a go-to for a small water stain on a bathroom ceiling. Jack, Annette and staff were pleasant, prompt, professional and the job was done correctly the first time. They have repaired that small roof leak and since hung a storm door, repaired a gate and replaced molding around my garage door and I will continue to use them for all futurehandyman needs.

I had House Doctors out to replace a water-damaged patio door left behind by my townhomes previous owner. Jack was very detail-oriented on his initial walkthrough and the *only* contractor of six that gave me a recommendation on how to replace the oversized (74x81) existing unit with a standard 72x80. He also offered the best price of the three professional contractors, i.e. the ones who respond to you like a client, not a Tinder date. He and Annette were super-responsive to my email questions, and respectful of my time, making sure to note when itd be a few days before Jack could get back to me. That professionalism is what sold me on them. Charles, the finishing tech was also detail-oriented and put a great final polish on the work.The only reason I thought about not giving 5 stars, is that the install team (none of the above), while they did a great job engineering the door, left a few things unpolished on the first day when they left. I was on a telecon and unable to give a thorough final lookover until later, but as soon as I brought the issues up to Jack he was happy to send Charles and the install team out the next day to make it right. After those touch-ups the finished project looks great!Would recommend, and would use again!

Great customer service and communication and their guys did good, quality work! My only hesitation was the expense, but on the flip side, we needed to get the work done and we couldnt do it ourselves and they did a great job.

They arranged with the manufacturer to ship replacement paint, and then watched the weather forecast to schedule the return trip. I would use them again.
