Just wanted to give credit where it’s due, Charlie came out to help me when I got a flat tire on 95 and was helpful and really nice. Unfortunately I had to get a tow truck to come out but he literally tried all avenues and called for the truck so I didn’t have to call aaa again. Thank you!!!

Towing service is fantastic, would recommend. The driver was able to drop my car off in a very tricky place and then went out of his way to offer to drive me back to my house (which wasnt needed because I lived very close)! I dont remember his name but he had reddish blond hair and was wearing a cap and was super kind. Anyway, fantastic company, great towing.

I have found Danas to be reasonably priced, and they have always addressed my automotive issues in a professional and efficient manner.

They are an amazing and responsive shop with excellent customer service. I cannot recommend them enough. Im so very happy with their rates and quality of work.

In a pinch and needed to have modular homes moved. They were quickly able to accommodate us. The tow require tight maneuvering onsite.

This place towed my car that was parked for a few minutes in order to get pick up at a restaurant next door, whose parking lot was full, all the way literally ACROSS THE STREET and then charged us $225 cash to get the car back. And proceeded to tell us that was some sort of discount that we should be thankful for when not even telling us it was cash only over the phone by the rude manager. The best part is the owners of the business we were at weren’t even open and couldn’t possibly have called. I suppose this applies to all tow companies whose business is 90% ripping people off for no good reason.

Service person arrived before promised time and within minutes car started and he was on his way. Told to run car or drive for 45 minutes. Fabulous service

Great service, super quick to arrive. Needed help changing a flat and decided to call Danas because they were close. Tow truck driver arrived and was working on my car within 7 minutes of my call, and this on a busy Saturday morning. Great attitude and service, super friendly, not at all like your stereotypical gruff tow truck driver. Reasonable rates. Would recommend.

The starter in our truck died while we were staying at a local campground. AAA dispatched Danas towing for service. They were able to transport the truck, RV trailer and the two of us all the way home in no time. Very professional and highly recommended !!

Very professional business. My vehicle overheated in Seabrook, NH so AAA dispatched Danas towing. His hard working and courteous staff had my car fixed in about a 24hr period. Very honest very fair and were extremely helpful with helping me get a hotel for the night and also a ride to my hotel. Highly recommended.

We travel from Maine to Rhode Island once a week and got a flat tire on RT 95 in Maine right before NH without a spare ( yes I know don’t say it ). We were pretty much stranded we first looked for a tire shop that had one in stock they recommended Dana’s so we called explained we would need a tow to the tire shop they said no problem a couple of call backs later as the driver was already in route they went to the tire shop and got the tire it was waiting for us there.... Everyone there from the dispatch, driver, the guy that mounted it and I believe we talked to the owner outside briefly are all CLASS ACTS ....THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !!!!! they had us back on the road in about a 1hr 1/2 ... On 5/11/2019 at 10:45 AM on I-95 in Maine, I used my auto club to ask that my Buick be towed due to a leaking water pump. Danas Towing & Repair was dispatched and showed up within an hour. The tow operator was very sympathetic, realizing that breakdowns are distressing for travelers. His tone of voice was mellow and supportive. We explained where we were going and why and that it involved time sensitive events and that we needed to acquire a rental car to continue our trip. The driver went out of his way and dropped us off at a car rental agency and we were able to continue our trip without missing any events. The tow truck was very nice with a large interior, easily able to accommodate several individuals and relatively easy to climb. After dropping us off at the rental agency, he took our car to Danas repair shop where it was promptly repaired over the next couple of business days. The price was right. Im sure that it would have cost much more at a dealer. Thanks for the support.

I called Dana’s after work today because I realized that I had a nail in my tire. He answered the phone right away and had me meet him at the shop. He fixed and plugged my tire for me so I would have a safe car to drive to work tomorrow. The service is amazing and they really care about the community and their customers. I recommend Dana’s Towing to everyone and will continue to refer them.

Car overheated because another auto repair chain shop left the radiator hose off. Dana’s sent a tow truck, fixed the hose, and gave me really good advice. Very well-run shop. Very courteous and excellent work. Great place to go!

Our car broke down and I called AAA. Danas showed up earlier than we expected and he was very courteous. He towed it to Danas and they fixed it the same day. I would use these guys again. We were very pleased with their service.

Had a flat on the side of I95, they got there quick, towed me to their shop, and saved me a ton of hassle by getting the locking lug nut off the wheel as my adapter went missing.

Im so amazed by this place! I was incredibly unlucky and had my exhaust system pretty much just fall right out from under my car and I had no idea what to do! It was a Saturday afternoon and everything around me was pretty much closed. I had no one to really help me, so I called Danas for a tow. Not only did they come and get me and my car incredibly quick, they also fixed my car right then and there even though it happened like right after they had already closed! It was so affordable considering what they did and I honestly feel it was done %100 correctly and I dont have to worry anymore! Truly an amazing place with really great people. They charge way to much I needed a battery and Dana himself charged me for a tow when all he did was jump start my Jeep it cost me $350.00 dollars I should have went to an auto part store and Dana and company has ocd issues and prices are out ragues and my friend went there 3 weeks ago for oil change and break job and after leaving 5 miles his engine went and got into an accident

Brought my truck in for troublesome noise in rear axle. The owner tested the vehicle, detected no noise and charged me a minimal diagnosis charge. They are very customer focused and treated me like a long term client despite being new to their business. I would highly recommend them. An honest mechanic is hard to find but I found one

My husband and I have used Danas for the last four years. I love that they always go the extra mile to make sure your car is always in its best shape. Recently, my AC stopped working. Danas got my car in right in, given the upswing in temps. Within the day, my car was scheduled and repaired. My car was low on the fluids needed for AC so they even put in a dye to be able to detect a leak. A week later, I returned with my car for them to check for the leak. Luckily no leak. Im due for an oil change and rotation and I would never take my car anywhere else.

I took my Smart Fortwo there for an oil change. They did a great job. They told me about needing front tires and gave me prices so I could shop around.I had taken my previous Smart Fortwo there for repairs and inspection. I think they did a great job. The prices was very competitive.I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.

Had a really positive experience dealing with Dave & Bruce at the shop and Josh relating to the tow. Service was friendly, the repair was timely, and the cost was reasonable.

My mom and I were on our way up to Maine around 5:30am and her truck started to act funny. I pulled off the highway just in time to pull into a small rest area and watch her dashboard light up like a Christmas tree ... right before the truck died completely.I called AAA and they sent out Dana’s Towing out of Hampton, NH. The tow truck driver was amazing. After describing what happened he figured it was the alternator. AAA would cover the towing back to Dana’s but we’d have to pay out of pocket to get the truck to a repair shop near home which would have cost us $400+.The tow truck driver called the owner to get us a price for repair. Not only was it cheaper than trying to get home and find a repair shop but they did the repairs right away. The tow truck driver was professional and his truck was spotless!Granted our trip to Maine was blown and we where stuck walking around Hampton for a few hours but it was little to pay to have the truck repaired properly and not pay unnecessary towing charges.

Dana came out at4am and helped us with our camper not having lights. With a positive attitude and friendly service.

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Dana for 15 years. Fords, Toyotas, Subarus, Hondas; maybe 10 cars over time. Fast, competitive, and VERY trustworthy... I dont shop around anymore and I have NEVER, not once, regretted bringing my vehicles there. Do not pass Go.

Funny that this came up for me to review havent used them for a while because the last time I use them they broke my oil pan when they towed my car I wasnt mad I know things happen I asked them to just fix it and make it right they were mad that I wanted a new oil pan they wanted to just spot weld what they broke I said I had a complete intact oil pan before you broke it and I would like one after Im finished with you they held my car for two months telling me that they couldnt find the part but they could spot weld it for me I called another mechanic who told me that they could get the part within 24 hours and it would cost $400 I called Danas Towing and had to threaten to sue the next day miraculously my oil pan was repaired they are a terrible company who doesnt stand by their mistakes I give them one star but they should get a negative one for the treatment of me when they caused the problem and refuse to stand up for themselves dont use this company they suck

My friend broke down in Hampton while visiting out of state with a broken alternator. Danas towed the vehicle at 12pm, began work at 2pm and had the alternator replaced by 320pm, getting my friend back on the road to continue his vacation on a Friday afternoon. Bookers automotive is my mechanic and was busy so they were the ones who referred us to Dana.

They will rip you off if they know you have no other choice!

Llegally towed my vehicle off private property now thinks its ok to price gouge the property owner for 180.00 ontop of all their rudeness an making us wait 90 min to pay an get a vehicle THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO TOUCH FROM JUMP ST

Brought my sons car spent $2100 drove the car home and it died on the highway for the same reason it went in there They will not fix it without charging me more money They have no idea what is wrong with the vehicle

Awful service, told them i needed to be at work by 3 they told me it would be done way before then, and it wasn’t done until 10 past 3. Overpriced repairs and they lied about what needed to be fixed for inspection. Would not recomend bringing your car here.

Missing valve cap, too much grease on beads of rims(all over the side of my car) one tire was put on wrong (Tire warehouse fixed it) gouge in the side of the car from either the jacks or towing. And the owner does have personality issues, his workers follow suit.
