Excellent customer service and my experience each time I go in is like its the first time. If you need something custom made, they do that too.

At this establishment, I had two diamond rings sized. Upon return of the jewelry, one diamond was missing from one of the rings. When I went back to the store, to inquire about the missing stone, a female, sales associate rudely accused me of cursing in the store, and stated she did not want my itty bitty diamond. Its unfortunate I had to pay for insults, unprofessionalism, and uncertainty. They replaced the stone that was missing, and though it looks authentic, it doesnt look like the quality stone that was originally set.
