The entire staff at this location is stellar. Robin Lavon and Ashli always make me feel at home. They are super personable and the followup is great! A great place to do business with especially with custom design and repair. Keep up the excellent work.

My husband and I decided to take our NEW wedding rings to get cleaned for first time since our wedding. Friendly staff but as the guy started cleaning my ring, he knocked a diamond out. He had the nerve to ask if I brought it in that way! After searching,it was found across the counter. We only had the rings three weeks! Then I call to get update on the repair and the lady said she couldnt find my ring!!claims I was not in their system and asked if I purchased them from outside jeweler as if I couldnt afford $5000 rings!! Her questions were offensive and after retrieving my ring, I refuse to return to this location for ANYTHING!!

Michelle at this location is hands down the best part of going into Kay! She is informed and quite patient every step of the way. I especially appreciate that she never makes me feel pressured to buy, while still maintaining enthusiasm and offering her support. This will be my destination anytime I plan to purchase quality jewelry.

Everytime i go to Kay in Peninsula Town Center and walk there the door I am always greeted, and someone always asks me how can I help you. The manager there is perfect for that store, she knows her title and does what needs to be done. I won’t go to any other Kay that odd the only location. I recommend this location 10 out of 10.

Bought a piece of jewelry from a salesperson named Whitney. Had a serious issue and this employee refused to resolve it and got rude. Thankfully there are other GOOD salespeople here that actually care about the quality of service and not just the sale that helped to resolve my issue. I would love to give 5 stars but I cant.

Went in for inspections and felt as if I wasnt welcomed to do them at this location. I was asked how many pieces I had because inspections are done by appointment on Fridays because theyre busy. Mind you, there were NO other guests in the store. The sales associate acted as if I was disturbing her. Not only do inspections sometimes create a repair sale but I also had another item not purchased with this company that I needed repair work on. And I was interested in purchasing more pieces. However, with a simple roll of her eyes I will no longer purchase another item from Kay again. Well not this one at least.

On my third attempt to get my ring inspected at this location. Never open on time, and need to update their website open times! Everytime I come to Kays, the associate helping me never seems to know how to use the computer system. Dont recommend.

Whitney at the this store was so very helpful and knowledgeable. My fiancé went there to purchase my cushion cut low profile engagement ring and she helped him every step of the way. She was patient and was a no pressure type of sales woman. I recommend her for any of your jewelry needs.

Came here to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected and ended up buying a beautiful ring to match my necklace. The employees were all pretty friendly. When I walked in they were all busy but made sure to let me know they would be with me as soon as possible. The ring pictured is a part of the interwoven collection.

I went to the Kay Jewelers in Hampton today to pick up something for a dear friend of mine and to be quite honest with you I was so impressed with the prices that I picked something up for mine and my wifes 27th anniversary this Friday so all in all it was an enjoyable experience and the young lady who waited on me was more than courteous and kind of made me feel like she knew me so yes I definitely recommend it

Id leave ZERO stars if I could. My husband purchased a diamond wrap and gave it to me Christmas 2019. The wrap now needs to be repaired for a third time. Obviously he was sold a faulty piece of jewelry. Now that he spent all that money for something that I cant wear, Kay wont make it right.

I called the other day to inquire about repairing my ring since the Kay website said this was one of the stores that is open currently in Virginia. I was immediately asked if I received their emails as apparently my phone call was a bother to them and I should get my information from the emails. The Kay Jewelers website said this store was open. I just want to get my ring repaired, apparently they are not servicing repairs right now and that’s ok but don’t tell me to check emails for my questions very unprofessional.

After having the sales woman attempt to have me purchase a higher priced ring which my wife did not want, they finally offered to show us the ability to make a custom ring. Then they decided to run the sale as a repair ticket instead of a custom ring. We, being first time customers of Kay, did not know what that meant, until we went to a Kay in Maryland to get my wife’s ring resized - which the person who made the ring sized incorrectly by 0.25 - and there they told us we couldn’t put the ring on warranty due to the way it was sold.Lucky for us we found a Kay up north which has much more competent and customer friendly staff that are willing to work in our favor and fixed the issue that this Kay caused. I suggest going to a different jeweler.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Then the lady has the nerve to tell me she could not give me her District Managers number. If that had been the only store I have ever delt with, I would have closed my account with them right there and never stepped foot in a Kays store again. This lady made me feel like my money was beneath her.

Service sucks. Trying to make a quick payment not one of the three employees have even asked what I needed when Im obviously standing right in front of the register. I understand they are helping customers but it would take literally 5 minutes or less to help me. Instead, Im waiting here for 20 minutes without any kind of acknowledgement. Ill go to another kay store next time.

Service was horrible. Nobody there seemed to have the time or interest in helping us. What should have been a happy time picking out an engagement ring was horrible. We ended up scrapping Kay and using a local jeweler.
