I was really excited about going here, but its been almost a month since Ive inquired about service. I spoke on the phone with the therapist and she was very nice, but there as been a lot of miscommunication. I was told someone would call me to complete my intake form. I waited about 2 weeks, no response, so I called. The young woman on the phone apologized, sent me a link to complete the form, and asked for my insurance. She explained they would run it to see it was accepted and I would hear from them after that was done, its been a week and I havent heard a word. I figured maybe I can just schedule online, then I receive an email telling me to call and schedule with the receptionist, when thats all I been trying to do all along. I have no problem with calling back, but communicate that to me.
