Left a voicemail at 9:30am. Call back at noon and the girl at the desk says she will call back in 30 minutes once the counselor is out of a session. Call again at 330 and she say “yea you talked to me. I talked to the counselor a while ago and we aren’t taking new patients” well THANK YOU for your prompt service. You don’t realize people are calling because they are dealing with heavy issues and this girl doesn’t care AT ALL. So sad when a company made to help people just doesn’t want to help anyone
