The staff were patient and friendly! The store manager, Baconta Buffalow, is who I mainly dealt with and he’s great. He ordered me 4 tires on Saturday and was able to schedule me for an appointment by Monday. I ended up having to cancel my appt the day of, due to personal problems, I also got a refund on my deposit, but then I called back the same day to see if I could reschedule for an installation of 1 tire instead and he got me right in. It was a quick and easy process. I’d recommend them for sure! Especially if you need to set up payment plans, no credit check either.

NATE IS THE BEST!!! We have been customers with RNR Hampton for the past two years and the customer service we receive is first class!! I had a great experience with RNR. I came in and talked to Nate about getting tires for my truck. I supplied the rims, and Nate worked with me on getting tires, installation, and alignment. After all was said and done I was very impressed with the outcome. My truck rides like a brand new car and looks great. One of the rims I supplied was defective so I came back and talked to Nate about getting it switched out with my new one. He swapped everything out within an hour. As I was preparing to pay, I asked him how much I owed him. He said dont worry about it. I wasnt expecting that, and that made my day. Keep up that great work RNR, you have my future business.

Doing a restore project on a 92 Jeep and needed a lift and some sharp rims and tires, not having a lot of experience with that I talked with Canon who proceeded to give me every bit of info You could imagine! He is sharp and has some awesome experience and connections in the truck world! Needless to say I ended up with an awesome looking setup and without the headache I thought I would run into like every other aspect of this restore. Love lots of the rims. They offer payment plans on tires and rims at reasonable prices. Good service, but they do get busy so sometimes there is a wait and hey Burger King is right across the street. So if you want tires or rims or an alignment check these guys out.

First of all, the Customer Service was SECOND to NONE at the Hampton Store. So many people helped me along the way. Nate helped me BIG time on Black Friday, Josh got me a quote on the rims I was looking at, Randall did some phone calls to check on wheels that I was interested in as well, and Lisa did the same thing as Randall did and actually placed my order. My man Buffalo helped ease my mind concerning the wheels I ordered. All in all, it was more than one person who helped me and I am thankful for the professionalism that each individual showed every time I came in to ask questions or whatever. I would recommend anybody to go to the Hampton RNR!!

After googling information about tire places and reading all the great reviews I went here to the RNR Hampton location. Nate was awesome with assisting me in finding tires for my vehicle as well as answering all my questions and breaking all the pros and cons down. Ive been taking my vehicles to RNR for years. This is my first time going to the Hampton location. I hit a pothole and my tire slashed. I got towed in to the Hampton location and was taken very good care of. They didnt have the tire I needed but Nate checked other locations for me and found one in Suffolk..Dre took the time to drive to Suffolk to get my tire. Definitely the best customer service. Highly recommend!

Affordable! Somehow...i cut open the tire on a 2016 ATS and needed it fixed ASAP but did not want to go to Cadillac...They asked me what i needed when I called, let me know where to look on my car and stayed in the phone with me while we found it which made everything go faster! I came to my appt on- time they did the work finished when they said they would! Kinda decent affordable respectful

RNR has the best customer service! I made an appointment and they called when there was a cancellation on a Saturday to get my tires on! My dad got his rims from here and we both are completely satisfied. I needed a place where I can do payments to fit my budget since I couldn’t afford to pay outright. I had an excellent experience with Ronnie at this location! He was kind and very knowledgeable in helping me find an affordable set of tires for my car. The shop there also recommended a front brake service too but didnt need to be done right away. I thought that was very honest and didnt feel like they were trying to get more money out of me. All the service was great, they’re really not trying to hassle you or push you to buy anything more expensive. They will also go out of their way to save you money, they found an additional discount for me that I didn’t know I was owed. I purchased 4 brand new tires for my vehicle, installation came with alignment and future free flat repair.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!Long story short..... I purchased some rims and tires online over the summer because of limited local availability due to the pandemic (a gift to myself for finishing breast cancer treatments 🤗). Had them installed at another shop but had balancing issues they couldnt fix. Went to a few different shops and ended up at RnR. And I REGRET not going to them first for my initial installation. They have been phenomenal in helping me diagnose my problem and educating me a long the way. Its hard to trust any of these shops as a female but I feel like Im in good hands with them. My problem isnt quite fixed yet but were making progress, shout out to Buffalo, Randall and Zack for all of your help!!!! You all are appreciated!!! The staff overall is VERY friendly and customer oriented!

Been a customer for about a year now, and I get amazing service everytime I come here. Everyone from Lisa to Nate, Randall and Buffalow treats me with respect and never withholds me from any information I need. Not only do I get taken care of up front, the mechanics always do a great job with handling my vehicle. Ive never had an issue with how well they perform work on my car. Cleanliness is also important to me and with that being said, my car is always kept clean, and nothing ever gets tampered with, I always pull away knowing my car will drive like it supposed to. Came in for a rotate and balance before I go out of town. Come to find out I need tires. Although the tires werent in stock they were still able to get me new tires and an alignment SAME day!!! I was able to get an appointment with no hassle and Greg greeted me at the counter. Great customer service! The team could have easily charged me $500 for a tire (315/30ZR18) tire, but they patched it up. He even searched the internet and showed me potential websites that I could purchase the tire at a cheaper price from and they would mount it for me in case it couldnt be patched. I will keep an eye on the pressure, but I will go here for all of my tire needs from now on. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of tires/rims!
