The staff was very friendly and they kept a conversation going. They were very polite. They did very good on my french tip acrylics, with the exception of a few little mistakes. They were very careful not to hurt me as they were filing my nails and fixing my nail beds. My mom also got her toes done and they turned out very pretty.

Best nail salon in Hammond! Friendly and great customer service! I highly recommend this place! My favorite is the green tea pedicure or the lavender pedicure! It is so relaxing! You cant go wrong! They remember you every time you walk in! They have one of my favorite brands of nail polish, Caption, which I cant find anywhere else!! Highly Recommend!

I had a really awesome dip manicure and pedicure here. Both ladies that attended me were awesome. I did not feel rushed at all. I had a great experience!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have tried this place 5 times including today. EVERY SINGLE TIME, my nails are a 5 out of 10. I continued to give them a try because I expected them to get better. they have not. last Saturday my nails...raised with humps, gaps between acrylic and my nails, uneven, and thick. three different ladies have done mu nails each time, i expected different results but I got the same rookie like results.BUT TODAY was the end for me. I made an appt for two pedicures. I call in and ask if they can take us early AND do they have TWO people available so we can have our toes done TOGETHER because we had somewhere to go. Of course only one girl available to do our toes, I had to wait, she rushed both the jobs missing spots of dead skin on both our feet and using the hot towel to wipe out feet but didnt allow the towels to remain any amount of time. she dug into the beds of my toes as if she was trying to dislodge my toenail but barely used the tools to remove dead skin from my feet.I will not return!

Don’t do it!! I came to this place for a manicure and pedicure. The guy acted like he couldn’t clip my toe nails properly. It took him forever! Then when he started working on the cuticles he kept digging too deep causing me pain. The first two times I said ouch! that hurts. The third time I said that’s alright. I dried my feet and put my shoes on and left. A pedi and mani are not supposed to hurt. I have had both services several times and NEVER had an issue with pain. I am convinced that I would have been bleeding if I let him continue. Not worth the pain or aggravation.

Great experience here. My wife bought me a GC for a full pedicure. Very relaxing and feet looked and felt great afterwards! Staff here was friendly and professional!

The man is here horrible he can’t even put on nails straight it too him forever. The polish and top coat they used is straight garbage! It’s just peeling off so bad . I would never go here again
