Originally my repair was scheduled for Monday but the appointment changed to today, Friday, 3 days early! They take care of me. I’ve had a contract for at least 10 years and very happy. My heater was repaired the same day. The technician was very informative and efficient. Found the problem quickly. He showed me the normal expected values for the capacitor and showed me the results of mine.

Patrick was awesome. Respectable, always smiled, When I was asking questions he answered them with no problem. He made me feel like it Wasn’t just a job he was called out to do. I will always have them look at my a/c unit. I have a new contact to put in my phone. 👍 it’s thumbs up all the way for me.

The HVAC System stopped when my Generator quit. When restarting the generator, the AC did not restart. Manuel came out, checked the entire system & got it working in 20 minutes. He was brilliant, professional & very courteous. I’ve use this company for over 25 years & have always been completely satisfied with their service.

My AC stopped cooling Saturday and on Monday morning I called Foulks AC service. They had a service technician at my house that afternoon and cooling within an hour. I had a maintenance agreement with another company but they never returned my phone call. I will be changing over to Foulks from now forward.

A lot of companies talk about their guarantees, but when it’s time to stand behind it, that tends to fade away. My experience with Foulks was unique in that our new system provided air that was too cold. Foulks sent out technicians to review the issue and try to resolve this unique problem. Although they tried, they could not totally resolve the issue. During this process, every person we encountered with Foulks reassured us that we should not worry because Foulks stands behind their service and product. My wife and I met with Sam and Brian to discuss the issue. Later that week Brian came out to inspect the unit and did a detailed review of the house. Brian called the next week to inform us that they would be replacing the condenser and coil with new equipment. Once the equipment arrived, they scheduled an appointment and updated the equipment. The unit currently runs flawlessly, and this upgrade was done at no cost to us. Thanks again to Sam and Brian for the support they gave us and the entire Foulks team as every one of them have been very professional. If you want a company that 100% stands behind their work, then I highly recommend Foulks.

Returned home after being out of town for a week. It was Friday at 4:00 and the AC wasn’t working. I called the office without much hope of having AC that night. I’m happy to say the AC was working properly by 7 PM! Brian found the problem very quickly. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Brian was great!

We had a new AC unit installed last week by Foulks, Mason and Patrick did the installation. They did an awesome job and finished it even with the pouring down rain. They were great guys to have at the house. They took good care of our home as they carried all of this new equipment in. When they left you could not even tell they were here. A few days later Brian came out to check the thermostat and make sure it was running properly, only because we were confused on using the new one. It was running properly. Thank all of you so much. We are so happy with our new Trane AC unit. Great recommendation just what we needed. Foulks takes care of our twice yearly maintenance check ups also. I had serious A/C problem, as in my unit was not cooling. I happened on Foulk’s for helping me. Wow! Did I get lucky. They delivered like nobodies business. So I had a Problem with my coil. I thought that I needed some refrigerant. I told him that I was on a tight budget because I was laid off. The tech first filled the refrigerant and then checked for leaks. He found a leak and told me that I needed to replace the coil. He pointed out the leak which was on the supply line. He insisted that the supply line couldnt be fixed. That wasted $360 of my money because my ac lost the refrigerant within a day. He should have checked it for leaks before. I then asked for a quoteto replace only the coil. When he gave me the quote, he quoted me for replacing the whole system.I checked with another company and after they inspected it, they were able to fix the supply line for $2000 less.

I called to get someone out to look at my ac unit that had got struck by lightningWhen I called I explained what happened and I needed a quote for my insuranceSo they send out someone all to tell me my unit is older yes I know this and they can finance a new one and that they can’t determine if it was struck by lighting!!So I spent over $300 for nothing to tell me I needed and electrician to determine if it was struck by lightning so with that being said why when I called did you not tell me that’s who I needed instead of sending someone out to waist my time and money I do not have to spend

Immediately loved the job well done and then he offered an annual silver club membership that has an annual fee of $167.40 which includes 2 free precision tuneups, etc. That part is a legit SCAM. He said they would email me a reminder that service was due and there never was an email. I paid for something I didnt even use and they continued to bill me and send me emails about renewal. I will never use them again because of their shady scam methods to collect more money from people that have no idea about AC work. They take advantage of your lack of knowledge and charge you for it.

My husband and I were very pleased with their services. Mason and Logan did an awesome job. They kept us abreast as to everything that was going on. This job started at around 8:30 am and should have ended at around 2:30 pm at the latest but issues came about that kept them working way pass 7:00 pm and they never missed a beat. They were on time, very professional, they were not wasting time or playing with their phones (which is very hard for some), they were aware of the problems and fixed them. Great work guys!! Keep up that attitude.

We have a service contract with Foulks and they are always very prompt and professional with anything that occurs. This is for both regular service and any outages that happen. We recently had one of our two units go ou, and of course it was a Sunday. Imagine my surprise when I called to make an appointment and they told me they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and there is no emergency service charge. Their tech, Kyle, arrived within two hours, determined the problem was a board that had been jumped instead of replaced by a previous company, and this caused the board to eventually blow. Kyles office managed to locate one even though it is an older unit that parts are not made for anymore. He returned on Monday and installed the part. Kyle told us then the repair might last all summer or only a few weeks, but we needed to be prepared to purchase a new unit at some point. He was correct. Three weeks later it went out again, this time for good. Again it was on a Sunday. Kyle again came out, advised it was indeed dead, and priced us a new unit. It was installed the next day on Monday. Foulks has 1 install crew of their own and sublets other jobs to keep the install times as quick as possible. The company they used, which I wont name, had some problems and were here for 9 hours and still it was not correct. By the way, the owner of Foulks spoke to the owner of this company and advised him they did not want this pair on any of Foulks install jobs until they were better trained. We were not happy and spoke to Kyle on Tuesday morning about our concerns. He was here within an hour, determined what the problems were, and had his crew, who happened to be doing some work in the same subdivision here to repair the problems. He told them what the problems were and told them not to leave until all parties were satisfied. The two installers Manuel and Mason were very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They went to work and fixed the known problems and it seemed to me things were fine. However, they were not satisfied and kept checking and going back into the hot attic checking. After about an hour they found the problem. A sheet panel on the intake that was supposed to be removed in the initial install was still on. Once it was removed, the AC immediately worked 300% better. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, from the lady who answers the phone, to Kyle, to the two installers, Manuel and Mason. If you need good, prompt, professional service, this is who I recommend.

Mason and Manuel installed our new heating/cooling system 3/24/2020. They arrived on time. They were friendly and polite. Mason stopped working briefly to answer my questions about his opinion on how reliable the new system was. They appeared to make an effort to do a good job of installing the system. Mason explained how to use the thermostat to me and then reviewed it again before they left. They placed a carpet protector on the carpeting and cleaned up before they left. It’s pretty hot today and the system is cooling just fine. I would recommend them.

I want to say I’ve had the best day, Gary and Kyler have worked so professionally, polite and conscious of what was going on with each other as well as our cats. These guys gave us a professional job. Everything was put back in place not damaged or lost.They came started right away. Semi-professional - they appear knowledgeable and helpful and provided the equipment, which is working well, however, 1) they did now follow code on installation and it took some time and effort to get them to fix the issues, 2) they immediately started sending me adds for a new or replacement AC unit and they would buy my old one for $1000.00 (but they never offered that on my old unit, just the brand new one that I purchased from them) and when I complained and requested that my name be removed from their mailing list, they removed my name, but somehow discovered my deceased grandmothers name and now put my account under her name. She never lived at this address and was dead several years before I purchased the unit. I requested that they put the account back into my name, and they lady told me that she would check into it, however, I received notice for the yearly cleaning & inspection and it is still listed in my deceased grandmothers name.They do not appear to care about the public and their potential customers.

Manuel, Mason and later on Patrick, completed a major overhaul of our HVAC system! The job required removing an attic fan and installing a 3 ton unit. They kept their sense of humor and professionalism the entire 9 hours, even in the rain. The responsiveness was great: diagnosed the problem on Tuesday and installed on Thursday.

My service technician, Manuel Ramos, was on time, courteous and professional. Once he arrived, he realized one of the parts that was needed was not here. Instead of rescheduling for another day, he drove 20 miles to pick up the part then drove back to my house so that my unit could be repaired as promised. Excellent service and I strongly recommend. Anthony was very helpful with his explanation of how replacing our current unit would save us money in the future by lowering our utility bills. We had the pleasure of having Foulks come out to us late at night for an ac issue we were having. The tech Steven was very efficient, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, I could go on and on. Within an hour or so, he had diagnosed the problem, shown us the cause and a correction. Gave us tips on how to maintain our ac. We even signed up for their annual maintenance. Price was excellent. They have to come back to put a part on but got us going so we can keep cool in the meanwhile. We would highly recommend Steven and the fine folks of Foulks for any ac issues you are having. Today I had a question about my A/C unit. Ms. Katherine answered the telephone when I called the office. She was very very very kind, funny, sweet, and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel at all worried that I was getting the run around. She found the answers that she didn’t know right away, and worked hard at making sure that I was taken care of. I never once felt judged. Definitely felt like I was talking to a mother who put my needs first reguardless what I was needing. First, a shout out to Toni who, in spite of a full schedule, managed to work me in the same day when my AC was off in record breaking heat. Then Joshua Lawless arrived promptly and did a great job. My AC drain line in the attic was badly clogged with algae. He blew it out with compressed gas, used his shop vac on it, and manually removed a large amount of algae. He told me what to do to lessen the likelihood of future problems. I purchased the algae slab that he recommended. After he determined that it was all clear he turned the AC back on. Then he did something that he did not have to do. He checked the temps at the registers. When he saw that they were too warm, he worked on the outside unit and added more refrigerant. During the whole time, I stayed with him and he did a great job of explaining everything that he was doing. I had a prior great experience with Joshua when he repaired my daughters HVAC that was severely damaged by a power surge. Nice job Josh, nice job Toni, nice job Foulks.

The Foulks Service Techs (Daniel & Stephen) and Office Staff(Ms Toni) are well trained, good communicators, patient with customer questions, and do a thorough and excellent job. Also, if additional service or parts are needed, they make recommendations, but they are not pushy sales people - just excellent techs.
