Our very old HVAC system died from a power failure during that sub-freezing weather snap. We were freezing and desperate! Done Rite came to our rescue! They were here fast, did great work and got our home livable again very quickly. They were neat, respectful and honest. I highly recommend Done Rite! I would not hesitate to use them again. We hired DoneRite HVAC to replace our 17 year old HVAC system and we couldn’t be happier. This is such a friendly family run business. Garrett from DoneRite promptly came out to check our unit, answered all of our questions, and the very next day we received the quote for the work to be done along with 4 possible HVAC systems in different price ranges to consider. Garrett was very concerned about our comfort while we waited for the new unit to be shipped. The old unit was leaking Freon and the temperature in the house was staying around 87 degrees. He made an extra trip out to add some Freon to keep us comfortable until the new system arrived, and called several times during this period to make sure we were okay. On installation day, Garrett and his crew did a very thorough job. It was obvious that they wanted to make certain that everything was working perfectly before they left. All of the employees that we interacted with were very nice and concerned about us. They are an honest, responsive, meticulous, knowledgeable, and professional business, and we felt that their prices were reasonable. We will not hesitate to call them in the future when we need A/C or heating work done.

Our A/C went out, these guys came in and had everything replaced the next day. Their team was respectful of our space and time. They had the complete system (condenser, coil and furnace) replaced in no time at all. Now the system runs better than when it was new, and it is quieter. They cleaned up everything when they were done and made sure we understood all the work they did. If you need A/C work done, these are the guys to call! We can’t thank them enough!

They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my existing unit. Since it needed to be changed, they gave me estimates on 3 different options. After reviewing other estimates, they were cheaper and had more features than other companies. Once we decided on using them, they came in and had the new unit installed in little over half a day. The new unit came with wifi thermostat, improved filtration system and a parts and labor warranty. Overall, I could not be happier with the service and with my new A/C unit. He went over all of my options while keeping my budget in mind. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I needed a smaller unit than I anticipated. He thoroughly explained everything in detail. The guys came from DoneRight came once and we thought we had it all fixed. Things still werent right so they came back to take another look. The problem the second time wasnt exactly the same, but was related I think. Anyway, it seems to fixed now because it is cooling! They also did a good cleaning and checked the freon. They did a great job and were very professional. Reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend!

I called Done Rite about my HVAC compressor not working they responded within an hour of my call. Sorry im not good wit names but the owner and his help were awesome. They checked everything out. My overflow catch basin was full of water and compressor was low on Freon. It was an old unit they could just said hey you need a new unit but they fixed the problem and explained everything I needed to do in the future. I recommend them to anyone who ask.
