Since joining this gym I have become more fit, flexible and strong. I expected that from a fitness program...you get out of it what you put into it. What I did not expect was how dedicated the owner was to her programs. Cindy gives her personal attention to every person in her classes whether it be pushing them harder or helping them modify their workout. I did not expect to look forward to going to work out. But I do. The classes can be difficult but they are fun. My classmates and the staff have become my fitness family. Definitely five stars deserved by Uppercut Fitness/Rock Steady Boxing and its knowledgeable and dedicated staff.

Uppercut fitness is consistently a highlight of my week! The instructors are very knowledgeable, my cardio and endurance has greatly improved, and I’ve learned the mechanics of boxing! Lots of fun and a great work out.
Amazing workout with amazing trainers
Great gym if you are looking for small, personal classes. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are interested in helping you be successful. Boxing classes are so much fun (as well as non contact). The gym also offers TRX which is a good way to change up your workout routine. Highly recommend trying a class or two! You will love it.
I get exactly what I need at Uppercut Fitness: individualized attention from a trainer who walks the walk. Cindy is dedicated and kind and in AMAZING condition. Best decision ever.
