Ive reviewed this before but with the new guidelines on the mask protocol I wanted to share that if your vaccinated you can complete your work out with out a mask on. That is a awesome way to work out.

Really not happy with my experience at this gym. I signed my daughter up here for the black card and they wouldnt let her use the tanning because of her age. When she signed her up they knew her age. She didnt know how to use the machines and no one would help. She tried multiple times to talk with a trainer who kept saying he would email her a plan and never did. It is a clean gym with a lot of gadgets but absolutely zero personal attention. We cancelled and moved to Southtowns and she is much happier.

Of all the gyms I’ve been a member at, Planet Fitness is by far the cleanest. This being said, it’s a great gym to be a part of. The staff is nice and are always helpful/ available to answer your questions. It’s nice that the gym is open 24 hours a day during the week so I never have to worry about making it to the gym on time before it closes. Most important fact: If you’re going to join, get a black card. It’s totally worth the money to be able to use the tanning, total body enhancement and massage chairs after a workout. Plus, they always have free pizza and bagels at the beginning of the month (who doesnt love free food).

Great gym!! Tons of machines so there’s no wait plenty of free weights. The staff is always attentive to your needs and very friendly. Locker rooms with showers and overall tons of space. Black card members lounge is also very nice. Massage chairs and hydrobeds for those after workout massages. Plenty of tvs. PF express is great. Really quick high intensity workout for those on the go. I highly recommend stopping in for a visit.

This is by far the best PF location in WNY…probably the entire state! I’ve also been to locations in Nevada, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, but Hamburg beats them all! This place is every bit as spotless as the day they opened, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming through their doors for my workouts. The staff just manages to keep this place impeccable almost without you even knowing they’re around. They always have smiles to greet you coming and going, as well as when performing maintenance. I’ve only ever had to wait briefly for equipment when it’s busy (late afternoon/early evening), otherwise I can get in and be done without delays. The equipment is ample (two sets of all free weights 5 - 75 lbs.), sturdy, and always well-maintained. The cardio (including treadmills, ellipticals, stair-climbers, rowers and more) get frequent use and yet look and function like new. The locker room and lockers are spacious, and lavatory & shower areas are inviting and spotless. On top of all this, the clientele is among the nicest to share space with. People here don’t monopolize the cable machines when others are waiting, and they re-rack their weights when finished. Everyone asks politely if you’re using an item that may be in question. I’ve had others voluntarily offer to help me move heavier equipment when needed. And, last but not least, there is a general sense of camaraderie once you come through the doors. Aside from the restrictions imposed by recent pandemic protocols, the hours of operation make this a very convenient fit for anyone’s lifestyle. Do yourself a favor, and get back into the swing of things this spring with a PF membership…something your future self will thank you for!!! Just signed up and have to say they are very clean. Spacing is appropriate where I felt good and happy. Staff are amazing and helped me solve a logging on issue with the app.

Planet fitness offers good prices and the Hamburg facility is great! Nice staff new clean up to date building and equipment. Hamburg also seems to be less crowded then the other local locations I have tried at most points of the day.

They have great equipment. The place is clean. Its very peaceful and quiet. Staff members are friendly. The price and hours are excellent as well. Im very pleased and impressed so far.

Welcoming and clean, the staff is friendly and I’ve never had a problem with other gym members here. I’ve actually gotten helpful friendly advice from them! :) the locker rooms are clean and have a good amount of space, it’s a nice gym for someone like me who is just starting out with weights and needs to walk more

My wife and I have been coming to Planet Fitness for over a month and we love it! The place is very spacious, and even during busy hours you can workout without any problem. All equipments are new, which is great. Almost all the staff is very friendly (with a few exceptions), and the locker rooms are in great conditions. I will absolutely recommend it!

Great place to go for a simple workout. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is smaller than other planet fitness gyms locally so during peak hours it will fill up quicky.Locker rooms and equipment is new and well kept. Other customers and members are always friendly or quiet.

This is my home gym, it is clean, the staff are friendly, but the reason for 2 stars is the hours they are open. The franchisee of this location as well as all the locations in WNY is a private equity firm that operates all of there locations the same hours, regardless of locations.I travel alot and when I see that the PF in Beckley WV or the PF in Erie PA are open 24/7 yet locations in WNY close at 7 its kind of disappointing that WNY has to be served by a franchisee that is a penny pincher.I hope this franchisee changes its policy and hours, otherwise I may change my home club to a location that is not owned by this franchisee and just use their locations as a guest.

The area was pretty nice. I love how empty it was when I went. The guy at the front wasnt as nice as the ones at the West Seneca one but other than that a good time.

Just so people don’t get discouraged by the hours...they are having technical difficulties with what’s stated on google. Give planet fitness a break. These things happen & have they have been trying to fix this. Give them a quick call & they will give you the correct hours. Everything is new, super clean & not overly crowded. Hope this helps!

Always friendly associates

Im really disappointed there its only a Smith machine to do squats. I really wish there is a spot to deadlift, squat, or bench. Im so used to being able to lift to my own content but here, I just cant. Theres tons of treadmills and bikes if you want to work on cardio though.

Large enough area so you wont feel crowded, incredibly clean machines and locker room. Fitness training is a must, they hear your goals and set up a plan to make it happen at your pace. See Kelsey, you wont regret it!

It’s okay good equipment but don’t expect to get anywhere with a few of the desk employees. clueless rude and look miserable as hell. But it gets the job done for $10 a month

As soon as you walk in you get a good feelingthat gets you focused on your workout, greatatmosphere.

Why does planet fitness only have one trainer available to train all the members belonging to that gym? One trainer for hundreds of members. This needs to be fixed.
