I began training here in June 2019 to strengthen my body for carrying my son. All throughout my pregnancy, as I worked with Carrie and her crew, there was so much progress and attention to detail in order to keep my baby and I safe. My OB couldnt believe what good shape I was in, especially since I am a good 10 years older than most new moms. When the pandemic struck I was so thankful for those workouts as a lot of the help we were counting on from relatives after my son was born wasnt going to happen. Carrying around a colicky 9 lb-er after a C-section is no easy task.After many sleepless and worrisome nights post partum, things settled at home and in the world around us. Carrie checked up on me and we began workouts again. She built me back up, worked with my husband and I through all the schedule and location changes that we requested, and to this day works with both of us through Zoom. She treats us with the utmost respect and strongly values us as her clients. Ive tried online workouts, TV workouts, self-guided workouts too; but having someone train you one-on-one pays such dividends and teaming with BMF is the best choice I could have made for me and my family.
Have been going to Buffalo MultiFit for 10 months and it’s been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. From my initial consultation with Carrie to working out weekly with Chris (my trainer) I can say not only are they adaptive, receptive and goal oriented but, more importantly amazing people. I cannot recommend the enough as this type of workout gives you a personalized and targeted approach for individuals of any skill set, age group or prior experience.

I have been a member of Buffalo MultiFit for 9 years. Where do I start? The gym is always immaculate, the trainers are amazing, and it is a private facility! Even with the pandemic going on, I have always felt comfortable and safe exercising at Buffalo MultiFit. One of the things that I love most is stretching with Carrie. I have issues with my hips and stretching helps me continue to have productive workouts. Since becoming a member I have not only met but have exceeded my fitness goals. If you’re looking for a private, safe, clean gym with amazing trainers, look no further!

2nd time going back to train cuz I saw such good results before. After 1st baby I needed to lower run time and get core muscles back. I not only lowered my run time, but it was better than before I even got pregnant! Friendly staff who help you see the whole picture, not just the few min at the gym.
My son has attended a program there and has loved it. This is a kid who would rather be doing video games. So that says alot.
I have been a client for over 3 years; I participate in personal training, group classes, and customer appreciation gatherings. The gym owner (Coach) is a high energy, thoughtful, motivating trainer/entrepreneur that pours her positive attitude into her business and every person who is fortunate enough to belong to this facility. Through Coach’s guidance over the years, my personal health is at an all-time high. A few aspects of my life that have changed because of Buffalo Multi-Fit include better stamina for cycling, I can jog 5 miles (without stopping), my core strength is great and in general I do not have any aches or pains because my fitness level is so high. I consider myself a recreational athlete and because I have a well-planned fitness regimen, I have the ability to participate in my first ever mini-triathlon. I cannot begin to say how GRATEFUL I am to have found Buffalo Multifit! Ive been going for a month now and this is the best gym I have ever been to hands down - perfect fit for me. The staff is incredible - knowledgeable and welcoming. Not once have I ever felt unwelcomed or judged. The owner Carrie is amazing, you can see how dedicated she is to her business and clientele. Ive also been going to their Spin classes and they are a MUST GO TO! Bike Burn with Christine and CycleFit with Cal will get your blood pumping and those endorphins flowing!!!! They also offer meal prepped food you can order weekly and they are DELICIOUS! Trust me, this is the gym you want to be at ;)
I LOVE being a member of Buffalo MultiFit!!! I take group classes (with AMAZING music!), like Bike Burn and CycleFit, as well as train with Kris and Carrie. Being a teacher, I like the fact that going to Buffalo MultiFit is one less thing that I have to plan! Kris takes the guesswork out of my workouts (without him I dont know what Im doing!!!) and designs my personal training sessions to fit my needs. Training is tough...but I LOVE it and I feel so much stronger. I enjoy going to work out, and never feel intimidated. Buffalo MultiFit...YOU ROCK!!!
I have been a member of Buffalo MultiFit for over a year and a half and couldn’t be happier. I do personal training with Carrie and she is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. Her focus is on form and she explains what you are doing and why. I have been a member of numerous gyms and I found that Buffalo MultiFit really caters to your individual needs. Every time I come in I am doing something new and challenging.In addition to personal training I do the reformer classes with BJ. The reformer classes are amazing! I am able to focus on my overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.I also take spin, which is great because classes are small and the instructors are able to focus on your strengths and weakness. You are not just a number. I am more tone, have more energy and healthy thanks to Carrier and Buffalo MultiFit. The protein shakes at the end of a workout are a must too!
Joining buffalo Multifit is easily the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Kris is an amazing trainer, he makes each workout feel fun and new each time I go. The shakes are amazing to! If you are looking for a gym that wants you to reach your goals as badly as you do then BMF is your gym 👍🏻

I have been working with Carrie since the beginning of the summer and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Carrie’s enthusiasm makes me look forward to all of my workouts! I had always wanted to find a gym that felt welcoming and fun, and after meeting just once with Carrie and Kris, I knew instantly that I had found it in BMF. I started out just training two days a week with Kris, then added spin class once... then twice, and now pilates reformer. Cant. Stay. Away. The trainers and instructors are approachable, friendly, and really know their stuff, and you really feel that you have their full attention when youre interacting with them. Very positive and encouraging atmosphere-- highly recommended!
Individual attention, workouts that are specific to you, no fluff, no frills, at BMF their focus is on form and how they can get you to the next level. I would recommend their personal training and classes to anyone.
Buffalo Multifit is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to. The trainers are dedicated, knowledgeable, and make working out fun. Ive been to other trainers in the wny area and they cant compare. Soo many other places just give you a one size fits all approach, not Bmf. Kris is an exceptional trainer, every workout I come in for he makes me want to push all that much harder to reach my goals. Carrie hands down is the best spin instructor, she keeps you on task and on target. I love walking out of spin feeling like I crushed it. Seriuosly worth checking them out.
