Nate and Mike just finished cleaning every air vent/duct in the house. Both were extremely professional and polite. Its always nice to meet genuinely good people, especially when they are doing you a service. Definitely worth the hire. The service consisted of cleaning and checking the furnace to prepare for the winter... Technician was professional and clean. Did a great job. I signed up for their maintenance plan and they are coming back in the Spring.

I can’t speak to their service, but I’m not happy with their response time. I left a message with their answering service yesterday afternoon and the lady said they’d call back “very soon.” Well, it’s now more than 24 hours later and still nothing, and now they’re closed for the day.
