Very very bad service. Never again in my life with this car rental. When I arrived at the airport they told that day closed earlier due to the pandamic...and i was left behind at the airport of Orlando. So do not be fool by this company....

Had a really good support at VIP Car Rental. I was able to get a specific auto that I really wanted without much reservation notice. The car Ive rented was clean and ready to go! Used this location 4x in the last year and Ive never any issues! They were super nice and awesome. Seriously best rental location Ive been to and I travel a lot!

The worst car company to deal with First they gave me a Car with an expired tag Knew then tag was expired and told me that they hadnt gotten the rest of their tags yet. The car had the wrong registration Inside and didnt have a insurance card Inside. Then I go to get a new and wanted to give me a van and then On Top of that only gave me one free day then gave me another Car and it was dirty and didnt clean it and when I returned the car back dirty how I Gotten the car in the first place they charged me a clean up fee when they gave the car to me dirty. Will absolutely not get a car from them again. T

Did my reservation thought the website and even sent an email to confirm but got no answer. The day I needed the car I went to the addess shown here y there are no offices. I called their phone number and a dude got the call, with a rude tone of voice, he told me there were no cars avaiable and that there was nothing he could do. If youre looking for a car, go somewhere else.

They are scamers!!!!They are posting a fake deals on Groupon to get the money.When u buy the deal they dont have any available cars and make you pay a full priceIts a scam.!!!!

I am requesting a refund 2 weeks ago because the process at the airport could not be completed, I called them and they told me that the money was automatically returned to me in 6 days and nothing, I contact their chat and they respond that they do not know about the topic . They are lousy not a star for this site.
