The 24-hour customer service was the type of caring customer service that you only get from a family owned business. Late in the night, they answered and helped me through the process of getting a rental car reservation set up with Enterprise. They quoted me a fair price and when I got to Enterprise it was exactly what On Trac said. Sure I paid extra for insurance but that was my option. I was thoroughly impressed with their responsive customer service even late at night. The site could use some updating but the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for all your help!

Pros:- I got a car.Cons:- Many additional fees raise the cost to the same level as the rental agencies in the airport. They advertised a full size car for $22 a day, but in the end I paid $42 a day.- They require your full insurance plan before they allow you to use your own insurance. An insurance card wont cut it.- You need to find your way to their airport shuttle which is not obvious. Then it is another mile from the airport.- Aside from the required Additional Fees they force you to pay for a $10 a day toll pass. I either had to do that, or pay them $15 a day as well as pay the tolls myself. Clearly they are forcing you to pay the extra $10 a day...- It took forever to get my car. I stood at the desk for over 30 minutes before I could leave. What are they doing that takes so long?!?!

I love to rent with ontrac! I’m always looking to get more for my money and they deliver just that. The renting process is a breeze, you can do it through any channel but I prefer to close with a WhatsApp chat. After that I just forget about everything, at my arrival they’re waiting for me at the airport (luggage claim), help me with my bags and take me to my car at the airport parking lot. Any problems that come up (if they do) in my trip they answer me and solve it fast and efficiently. To return the car I just leave it at the airport parking lot with the keys inside and let them know. It’s like having my own car in Miami. Ontrac is 100% recommended!

Worst car rental experience ever. Walked in with a voucher that specifically said Chevrolet Malibu or similar, with a picture of a Malibu. They wanted to give me a Toyota Corolla and I would have to pay an extra $7 a day because above the picture of Malibu was written ICAR (intermediate car). Argued with him that it was misleading and finally agreed to give me Malibu or similar. When it came time to wave insurances I mentioned I was covered by American Express Platinum card and also car insurance at home which we pay for car rental clause. My car insurance at home covers me for same things on my policy. He wanted me to pay $15.95 a day for insurance. I said I would not pay it and walked across the street to Ace car rental to see if I could get a car. The car last minute would cost me more so returned to Ontrac and paid for insurance. When all paperwork was finished showed up with a Corolla which I said we had agreed to Malibu or similar. So back inside to redo some of the paperwork. Returned car after 6 days and was later charged $30.78 for toll roads which I did not use.This site has 34 reviews almost are one star except for maybe 5 that are all from Spanish speaking people who give them 5 stars.Do not rent from this company. Renter beware!!!!!!Deal with a reputable company.

We rented a car from your organization this past June, on 06/10/17 to 06/14/17. We were charged $245.85 for the rental, with the $150.00 security deposit included. We returned the vehicle in good condition, and were original told by the teller that will have our $150.00 deposit returned to us. But it has been nearly a month and we have not yet received our $150.00 back!The customer service lady over the phone was not at all helpful, and she repeatedly insisted we check our bank balance. We have checked, and have not seen our $150.Unless we get our deposit back, we will not return and conduct business with this company again, as well as not offer our recommendation to you!

All cars are super new, you can pick up/drop off the vehicles wherever you want, extremely fast and comfortable experience. Customer service exceeded all expectations, this is my go to company when renting cars in Miami.
Do not use this service. Last week I rent a car, that was crash everywhere. When I return the car, they tried to charge me, I was 2hs discussing that the car was delivered that way. After lot of discussions, they check the cameras and validated. They also charge me because I return the car EARLIER! What you are saving in this rent, you will pay later. DO NOT USE THEM! If you still want to tried to save some money, paid the additional insurance (15 a day) and take a picture of every inch of your car, even inside.
Horrible experience. They are trying to steal money from your pocket and they dont accept the insurance that you have purchased if you are from non-US countries and they would force you to purchase Liability insurance or they wont give you the car. They dont care about the customers, especially customers who do not speak Spanish. The front desk lady was yelling at us all the time and kept emphasizing that she didnt care about us since we were just one-time customers. It was very unfortunate that there is no zero star rating so I have to give them a star. You will be much better off to pay slightly more with hertz or enterprise. Please avoid.
RUN DONT GO HERE. SCAM they will trap u on fees. I booked a car through American Express travel for economy rental car. when we arrived they say my reservation was cancel because our plane was delayed but actually I was early because I changed flights in Atlanta. They then push u on ontrac rental which is there inside rental company. Gave me new contact which was 4times the price. Said take me back to the airport will go to a national company they then told me the shuttle was for customers only I started to call cab then they said they could give me a car for the same price as my reservation but would have to pay some fees (roadside assistance, tire insurance, vehicle license fee, energy fee, privilege fee, tire battery fee, supplemental liability.) which doubled the rental. I was tired after dealing for an hour paid double got the car an left. America Express has been reported and they are aware of this as they are receiving multiple complaints.PLEASE. PLEASE READ AND BE CAREFUL. This location is Miami.

I rented a car for 1 week.. 8$ per day but the additional fees increases the price of the rental and on their website they doesnt say anything about it.. At the end for 1 week I paid 240 dollars that its way far from the 97 dollars from the initial price that I booked! Also if u are a Florida resident they dont give you unlimited mileage, but if u are a foreign you have unlimited mileage (????).. I will not rent from them again! Plus 14 dollars a day if you use toll highways... The worst.. They should tell all these extra fees before you book!

Worst experience while renting a vehicle ever. Their pricing policies are misleading and they try to take every penny they can from you. It should be stated that while they can take your debit card to reserve your rental you must have a normal credit card upon arrival. but I do believe they mislead you on purpose because once you are there and are stuck without a mode of transportation then they can get the extra charge for insurance from you. Add in $150 deposit that you have no way of knowing if you will get it back or not after you drop off the vehicle! The staff could care less about your experience, its all about sucking you dry. There were no smiles or even a thank you or barely any communication upon returning the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Side note: I do find it funny that all of the 5 star reviews are in spanish. Speak English and you get treated like crap is the trend Im seeing.

Worstttttttttt experience I have ever had!!! PERIOD!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Beware!!!! My wife made a reservation at this location and when we arrived to pick up the car, there was another customer yelling and walking out without renting the car. That was the beginning and from there it was down hill. Heres why....1. Domestic license are limited to 100 miles a day, so if your driving to Orlando!!! You will be paying .70 cents per mile!!! Not disclosed at time of rental online.2. Geico insurance not taken, (full coverage which covers everything) there insurance is a must $39.99 a day!!3. Sunpass fee $19.99 a day doesnt matter if you use or not!!4. We requested to speak with a branch manager and that person never showed up!!All in all the worst! We travel often and have rented cars from the largest cities to the smallest remote islands, and never once an experience like this!Dont put yourself through the pain and suffering of going to this place!!!! The WORST!!!

This was the worst rental car ever !!!The wait at the counter was long.Ten days after the rental, there was a $29.98 charge on my credit card.I emailed ON TRAC RENT A CAR for an explanation, no answer!I then filed a dispute with my Credit Card. They contacted the company, still no answer. Finally, my Credit card reimbursed me for the charge.Be ware of this dishonest business!!!
These guys would do well selling time shares.Paid Travelocity $178.00 had an additional $500.00 charged to our card by the rental company.Do not sign their phone when you drop the car off.

Bad experience.I rented a car last week, forgot to purchase a full tank of gas before i rented the car (and was not informed), and returned the car half a tank, got charged an extra of $62.25 a week later.1. I called, and the worker there said its $7 dollars a gallon, $7 DOLLARS A GALLON!2. There was no one informing this extra charge when I return the car.3. The guy that handles the return process barely speak English, thus there was no communication.
The worst experiencie I ever had trying to rent a car! My family and I made the reservation almost 15 days before the trip and it was impossible to have the car. My family stayed at the airport waiting for more than 1h30 and the attendent and bus driver give several diferrent information.DO NOT RENT A CAR AT THIS COMPANY!
Never again. My car was reserved for 10:30. I arrived at the car rental place at 9:30 because my flight landed early. When I called Ontrac, I was told that since my reserved time was 10:30, they could not pick me up early. So I waited. When I got to the rental car place, there were several people in line ahead of me. I overheard one customer at the counter complaining about why she had to purchase insurance coverage. Then another customer had the same conversation. When I told the lady at the counter that I was not only covered by USAA but that VISA covered me as well, she informed me that unless I had an insurance card with me stating I had coverage, then I had to purchase theirs. I told her that USAA would be happy to email or fax proof of insurance, but she refused to accept that. At that point I told her she had lost a customer and I walked across the street and rented a car from a competitor with no reservations and no nonsense regarding mandatory insurance. Funny thing was that the guy in line in front of me, followed me across the street as well. Apparently he did not like their policy on insurance either. I would never even consider renting a car from Economy or Ontrac.

Last week I rented a car from Ontrac:1. greeted by the driver with a question: do you speak spanish, when I said no, continued the poor and disrespectful customer service with you are in Miami2. horrible customer service, waited more than an hour for an online reservation3. there are many hidden extra fees: if you florida resident-no unlimited milage and you cant use your own sunpass, freedom taken, have to use theirs4. car had chicken crumbs and used hair products in cup holder, car seats stained with who knows what, in other words, filthy and nasty car5. They do not give you a reciept after you return the car, you have no documentation of a completed transaction...I can go on....
Rented a car through Priceline, wasnt sure what to expect as this was the first time I flew into Miami Airport. Our flight arrived late at night, the shuttle was there, but the driver spoke little to no English and handed me his phone so that I could find my name on his list. The font was so small I could barely read it, seemed very disorganized and confused. He shuttled us to their offsite location near the airport, it was in a very scary section of Miami. Johanna assisted us when we got there. She was very nice, however, she told me that I HAD to purchase their insurance, and when I told her that my car insurance would cover any damages and provided her with my card and account number, she insisted that they had to put a $500 hold on my credit card and that I would be charged now for the week in advance. I showed her the paperwork from Priceline that states that your credit card is charged AFTER you turn in the vehicle and she said that the Priceline paperwork doesnt mean anything. I am sure Priceline doesnt agree with that! I wanted to argue with her, but it was late and I just wanted to get out of there. Then she told me that SunPass has KNOCKED DOWN all of the toll booths where you can drive up and pay your toll with cash and that it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay the tolls with cash, that I HAD to purchase their digital SunPass @ $9 for each day that I rented the car! I knew that I wouldnt be going through too many tolls so I was very hesitant to pay for this too, but again, it was late and I didnt fee like arguing. She told me to simply drive through the automated toll booths whenever I came upon them, which I did. By the way, there are plenty of SunPass booths that take your cash!I was scheduled to fly back to Newark airport during the big snowstorm on January 23rd, and our flight was cancelled. I immediately called them and told them I needed to extend the car until Monday when I was scheduled to fly out. They charged me another WHOLE week instead of just the additional 2 days. So, a car rental that was supposed to cost me $108 ended up costing me over $200 and held $500 from my account for over 9 days! Very disappointed with Ontrac and wont ever recommend them to anyone!
