Casillac was delivered on time. I travel a lot of places, unfortunately not all places visited (there was no time due to work). Cadillac was clean, and almost new. I advise you to look at the guys, they know their job.

I was in Miami in November on business. It is not always convenient to use a taxi, so I rented a car in advance at this service. Since it was Miami, I wanted something expensive and gorgeous. I rented a Ferrari California 2018 for 2 weeks. The rent cost $10,500. The car was clean, both inside and out. The tank was full. The car is gorgeous, many people looked at it as I was passing!

For the first time my wife and I decided to apply because I was recommended this company by friends who recently returned from their American trip. The second time we decided to continue the relationship, because the first time everything went well, and the company at its prices and service proved to be a good side. Cars there always give out excellent: brand new, in the maximum complete set. We took the Chevrolet Cruze. It was in good condition showed itself well on the road.

This place had a well priced Ferrari we rented over Christmas break. The car arrived at the airport on time and we were well received. However, near the end of the trip they demanded the car a day earlier than I requested and had to pay an additional day - lets call that miscommunication sure. But the reason for the 1 star rating is the lack of response on our deposit. I have been emailing them for nearly 60 days and our deposit has yet to be returned. Its a shame as they began fantastic but both ruined the end of our vacation and now wasting my time trying to collect a deposit. Improve teh customer support guys - its the most important part of it all, we visit once a year but I will never consider renting from here again. PS still waiting for a reply to my many emails on the deposit......
